"Funnelsource is a very useful, low cost tool that provides visibility across the sales organization!"

What do you like best?

I like Funnelsource for it's ease of use, it's ease to configure, the ability to pull data directly from Salesforce, and the ability to display funnel data in an organized fashion. We are structured by region and it had the functionality to drill all the way down to individual deal level data. The other area where I have been impressed with Funnelsource is the support. Andy, our main point of contact is very, very good. He is always one phone call away for help and is always willing to hop on a screen share and fix or update anything.

What do you dislike?

The interface seems to have become a bit outdated, aesthetically it is very basic. It does meet the needs for our company, at a minimal cost tot he company. There are many new competitors coming onto the scene, so I do believe Funnelsource needs to continue to innovate to keep up with the competition .

Recommendations to others considering the product

Funnelsource is a solid, low cost option.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Funnelsource gives our sales organization, customs views, from the top all the way down, into our sales funnel, won deals, forecasts, and deal level data, all in one convenient format. We can see roll ups, all the way down to individual data, for multiple teams, and multiple types of funnels (New, Renewal, Agent, etc). Funnelsource also tracks quotas and attainment against those quotas, which gives employees a quick and easy way to reference their progress.

"FunnelSource within Salesforce is seamless for Biz Intel"

What do you like best?

I like that there is a separate tab within my Salesforce browser window that is alongside the daily SFDC main tabs of reports. Within Funnelsource, the business Intelligence visual is very simple to explain and explain to stakeholders and company executives.

What do you dislike?

The very low tech, generic main dashboard panel for WON, LOSt, etc. Very unattractive, and unsexy. Better off making 8 large buttons.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Have the company VP Sales, VP Marketing, Director of Sales Operations, and President all trial it for the teams. If executive love it, it will work for the teams.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Transparency of sales team's opportunities against MRR and quarter attainment.

"Simple, one source of truth salesforce dashboard"

What do you like best?

One place to go within salesforce for live dashboard data. Cheaper than alternatives, uses SF hierarchy permissions, links back to specific opportunities through drill down. Basic point in time trending that allows for activity monitoring as well as identifying changes to pipeline and funnel. Great for holding sales team discussions around as all levels of data can be drilled into. Is housed within SF itself which allows for ease of access for sales team as well as on the go access. Can be a much cheaper replacement before getting into analytical tools like wave or tableau.

What do you dislike?

Difficult to adjust for change. Requires recoding for new setup and sales structure changes. Reports are somewhat canned and does not allow for exploration. Not an BI tool but a simpler dashboard which is built around filtering down based on sales roles. Dashboard can look a little clunky and insights are not always obvious.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great canned dashboard for organizations where one source of truth is needed. Funnelsource consulting team will most likely need to build your initial setup, if organization changes or new data needs to be captured then you will likely need additional consulting.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to agree on one number across all sources and have discussion where we are versus our quota. Simplifies very complex data and allows access to data through SF itself and on the go. Holding sales meetings and sales manager meetings around the dashboard and able to drill into opportunities that are in discussion.

"Funnel"

What do you like best?

It’s very easy for us to use at the office,some enjoy how it’s eay to visualize.We have several options

It s difficult to dislike anything that seems so simple to use.At this time,Imdo not have anything negative to say in reference to using this

"Great way to make SFDC more visible."

What do you like best?

I really like managing the pipeline from one screen, and also having visibility to all the changes in an opportunity.

What do you dislike?

Pricing is a bit high, given the fact you are paying for this on top of SFDC.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Faster analysis of pipeline, better one on one meetings with sales reps, better overall internal intelligence and earlier detection of deal red flags.

"Helpful for keeping your Sales team on track to hit quota"

What do you like best?

Very visual forecasting tool to keep the entire Sales team on target to hit quota.

What do you dislike?

Can sometimes be overly simplified - Always important to review details with your Sales team members.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use FunnelSource as a bird's eye view - With the many options to view the data, don't forget to still discuss deals 1:1 with teammates. It's geat insight, but don't forget to continue to manage details.

Solves the issue ot accurate forecasting. Beneficial in that it includes multiple breakdowns to see the bigger pictures of all Sales opportunities in the pipe.

"Effective yet lacking "

What do you like best?

Gaining conversion rates by understanding where we were implementing redundant marketing.

We did not gain them at the pace we wanted

"Review for FunnelSource"

What do you like best?

FunnelSource is user friendly. We had FunnelSource and swapped to a Salesforce admin to run dashboards but we are now converting back because it will be much easier to use and read.

What do you dislike?

I think we decided not to use FS because it was a little expensive and we wanted to see if we could find a less pricey option.

We are able to clearly see our goals and where we are at on hitting them!

"Easy to Use Deal Tracking Solution"

What do you like best?

It's easy to drill down into different views

What do you dislike?

Sometimes i cannot look out into the future for future quarters, and sometimes the quota is not aligned correctly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend this solution, its pretty easy to use and easy to access. I don't know about the mobile app though.

We are able to solve the issue of visibility into pipeline. Realized benefits from being on top of our deals.

"good communication "

What do you like best?

Funnel source has provided me with amazing top of the line communication. They have provided us with custom reports as well as interactive sales reports.

What do you dislike?

I have had such an amazing experience with them that I don't have any bad feedback.

"Interactive Funnel Dashboards"

What do you like best?

The reports are easy to configure despite our complex sales model.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the reports load slowly. Usually refreshing the page fixes that problem.

We're trying to provide clear insight both at the CEO level and drilled down for each sales rep regarding their progress towards goals based on their funnel.
