What do you like best?
I like Funnelsource for it's ease of use, it's ease to configure, the ability to pull data directly from Salesforce, and the ability to display funnel data in an organized fashion. We are structured by region and it had the functionality to drill all the way down to individual deal level data. The other area where I have been impressed with Funnelsource is the support. Andy, our main point of contact is very, very good. He is always one phone call away for help and is always willing to hop on a screen share and fix or update anything.
What do you dislike?
The interface seems to have become a bit outdated, aesthetically it is very basic. It does meet the needs for our company, at a minimal cost tot he company. There are many new competitors coming onto the scene, so I do believe Funnelsource needs to continue to innovate to keep up with the competition .

Funnelsource is a solid, low cost option.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Funnelsource gives our sales organization, customs views, from the top all the way down, into our sales funnel, won deals, forecasts, and deal level data, all in one convenient format. We can see roll ups, all the way down to individual data, for multiple teams, and multiple types of funnels (New, Renewal, Agent, etc). Funnelsource also tracks quotas and attainment against those quotas, which gives employees a quick and easy way to reference their progress.
