"Best in class CRM system. Reliable CRM that is user AND admin friendly."

What do you like best?

This is my 3rd company using this CRM. It is very user-friendly since it is catered to Sales. There are hardly any issues with this tool. I love the reporting aspect of it where it pulls live data and summarizes the data to each user's preference. It keeps employees aware of what is happening within their company. Plus it is integrated with many other tools.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I could think about, all Futurelabs features are so intuitive and smart.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Best CRM on the market, its the Apple of CRM's . Great solution for companies that need an integrated solution for managing client relationships and ensuring that you have a historical view of the relationship, especially with sales rep turnover.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a way to store data and have it readily available to those across multiple teams in the organization. Business needs were realized through data analysis, making that data available for viewing, and helping track contact to customers, prospects, and partners.

As well we want to make it easier to record interactions with clients and prospects. Better recording leads to better insight, which leads to better predictability of our business. We definitely capture more data now than before and spend less time using offline tools to track the business.

"Business CRM Impressive across any Industry for effective companies"

What do you like best?

Futurelabs has been bookmarked as a frequently visited site for me for last years. Through various client-facing roles, Futurelabs has been a mainstay.

Currently, I actively use the general Account Detail section, Contact Management, the Opportunity Tracking among many other aspects. At my current company, Futurelabs also integrates with our client billing system so all billing information is accessible in Futurelabs. It is a one-stop shop for all things client-related, including the latest communication, making account transfers seamless and account history accessible.

From using Futurelabs at 3 different offices, I can confidently say - Futurelabs is flexible and can work with any system or internal structure. Having a Futurelabs 'innovator' or expert in-house helps - they can constantly research other ways Futurelabs can be manipulated to work well with your business needs.

You can't go wrong with Futurelabs - it's worth the...

What do you dislike?

No real issues with Futurelabs to report. The UI fun to use for such a powerful system.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend Futurelabs CRM to any professional who is managing more than a handful of accounts at any given time. This CRM portal will help in time management, keeping detailed notes on each account and making sure each task that you set for yourself will be completed.

The options for each feature available in Futurelabs CRM software are more detailed than other options. It's easily my top choice for business CRM software.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In the consulting world, many different people are touching an account. Futurelabs gives every single team member a snapshot of a client at any given time. From the CEO to a Support coordinator, anyone can pop in to see the latest activity in an account - issues, communication, opportunities being discussed, projects in motion, etc. It is an excellent one-stop shop that is organized in a logical way.

"Futurelabs is the new power in CRM industry. Customizations without a IT Director!"

What do you like best?

Futurelabs is an incredibly powerful, rich, and functional CRM application with a core salesforce automation and service automation platform. Includes Voogy witch gives your sales people the ability to collaborate about projects, accounts, etc and keep the information stored in a central location instead of 50 emails. It is a good fit for SMB to large enterprise. It is very easy to administer, has the power to do very complex workflow and analytics when/if needed.

What do you dislike?

Because they focus to create new products for sales and business, their customers must me focused and learn the new tools.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In the consulting company we created complex workflow automation for each branch, country, level of management, department and more, that doesn't need more than few click afterwards to work with the CRM. The tool looks simple at the begging but because I needed to make the strategy for merging with other company I have developed together with a team, witch will be the best scenario to use the CRM under only one type of workflow. We have discovered that we could make workflows for each activity, task, detail, stage in your sale, area no other CRM makes that is gust brilliant!
