"GoNimbly Review"

What do you like best?

They were professional, to the point and there was transparency across the way when they consulted and worked for us

What do you dislike?

Knowing a little more SFDC admin skills now and looking underneath the SFDC hood, I wonder why they did the things they did in the system - wish there was some sort of documentation to their thinking - especially since I would not have done it the way they've done it

Recommendations to others considering the product

They are relatively pricey to hire per hour, but given the state of our system and what we needed at the time, it was beneficial

"Good partner"

What do you like best?

They've been great at helping us think through complex situations as we grow and always make sure to think through all the various use cases, risks, benefits, etc. to each solution. You have a set group of individuals assigned to the team (ie. marketing ops, sales ops, and others as needed). We've built a good working relationship and the team that we've been working with on a more consistent basis are people I trust with our systems.

What do you dislike?

Here or there there can be turnover on the people that are assigned to work on the team for adhoc projects or needs and sometimes can cause a recking ball effect if they don't know the systems or are less senior.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Things can move slow so asking to move fast is key.

"Great partner across RevOps initiatives"

What do you like best?

They've helped us think through all of the implications of a given workstream/change, plan to address any known risks, and monitor on the backend for any unforeseen issues.

What do you dislike?

At times I'd say we've struggled to find the right balance between thorough documentation/planning and rapid execution/iteration but in general, I think the net effect has been a more thoughtful process for making Sales & Marketing changes than before working with Go Nimbly.

"Go Nimbly helped us get our marketing automation software inline and running smoothly."

What do you like best?

Honestly the results we received in the end were great, but my favorite part was how easy it was to work along side the Go Nimbly team. They felt like an extension to our team and did not only did they help us resolve our problems, but taught us new skills along the way.

What do you dislike?

In the beginning we had some minor scheduling issues, but the Go Nimbly team made things right.

"Full service consulting and implementation"

What do you like best?

Go Nimbly does a nice job thinking about client's customer problems end-to-end. They are happy to talk strategy and then implement and execute on that strategy.

What do you dislike?

The big challenge with Go Nimbly is that they try to tailor their business as consulting engagements for multiple months, which can be expensive. A more comprehensive approach, but pricey.

"The long time partnership"

What do you like best?

Organization and transparency. Communication is always clear and timely.

What do you dislike?

Over complicating small tasks. Dont tell me how to fix it, tell me why you suggest the proposed solution and the intended outcome. Always list risks and possible challenges that might come with the solution as well. I like to see the full picture.

What do you like best?

Our KPIs have improved since the implementation of the preference center!

What do you dislike?

In the transfer of the project from one team member to another, communications were lost or misunderstood. Better documentation and handoff would have made me feel more confident about the project finishing on time. Also, thorough testing before launch.

"Deep Marketing/Sales Experience"

What do you like best?

Very Responsive. Deep technical knowledge of SFDC and various marketing automation solutions. Does not just 'do the work', but also helps brainstorm and is transparent if we are doing something that is not best practice.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes for GoNimbly. Happy with their service.

We have a retainer w/ them so if you don't manage your hours with them, you either use it or lose it.
