What do you like best?
The colaboration features and the access to the files any where and in multiple devices is amaizing.
We have a distribuited work force in 15 locations, 7 cities and 3 countries and all the work products are actualizated, we can work simultanesusly.
We can´t imagine our work this days without Drive, we wonder every day, how we managed before it.
We use a lot the comments feature, with the capabilities to assign task to people, it is a very good help.
What do you dislike?
The features of each application is not reach enough (but it improves constantly). Navigting in a spreadsheet and numerating paragrafs in a document are the most anoing things.
We use Team folders (I don´t know the accureted neme in english, in spanish they are called "Unidades de Equipo") and the control access features are limitated, we miss the posibility to have a file in more than one folder.
The backup features should be richer, we (and our certificators) are aware for data missing if Google decides to close or limitate the service.
We have ideas to improve the usability, maybe good things to us it in several industries, for example:
Improve the "Historial de cambios" now it is baased in a time line manner, shoud be in a part of the document manner an also in a collaborator manner, all of this with reporting capabilities.
Also in the comments, resolutions and task assignments feature, soud be good to have the posibilities to hide the comments to certain users, for example to blind review the same document in order to conduct a proper inspection...
