Go2meeting is easy-to-use. Once you are logged in, it is very straightforward to use. Both as an adminstrator and as a user. As a user, if you are a Gmail and Google Calendar user, you have the added advantage that there is a plugin available for your calendar, that makes the planning task a lot easier.
As a user, you also have the advantage that you can start up the technology from anywhere : on your computer, but also your your ipad. The added advantage of Go2Meeting is that you can add several telephone numbers for different countries for the users to call in. We regularly give trainings with Go2Meeting where users from all over Europe are joining, by being able to offer them a local call-in number, they can call in without excessive costs. There is also an option to use microphone and speakers over VOIP but this is not always possible in all countries.
Finally, the biggest advantage is that you can also share your screen, this is vital when giving trainings or when running over results, charts and graphs with a representative, if you can point and indicate on a document, this is much clearer than sending the document and commenting with the other party looking at their copy.
We regulargly have to meet with our external sales representatives, however they are located all over the world and in different time zones and countries thus. With Go2Meeting we can hold online conferences with different representatives located at different locations. We also analyse the software that they are using at the moment and strife to create a better product in cooperation with IT but also with our colleagues from the US, Go2meeting also has an important role there in joining our two offices together.
