"From chaos to structure with great reporting"

What do you like best?

Organization and easy to see user interface; simple workflow; web based application; easy to configure.

I think as the company and product evolves, there will be teething pains, but the development and delivery teams are really responsive and listen to their customers.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really to dislike at the moment, there are a number of implementation issues with platform setup. But the VP of Customer Success and his product implementation teams are quite responsive.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As with any system implementation, make sure that their workflow works around your internal recruitment workflows.

Have a proper implementation team in place: project manager, systems analyst

Ask questions, lots of them. Gr8 people as a company are really good at responding and answering questions.

Lack of transparency on recruitment activity, GDPR compliance, consistent candidate experience

"gr8 people partnership changed the way my team runs"

What do you like best?

The support, visibility and agility are what I like best. As my team changes I can readily update workflows to support business needs and legal requirements. We have been able to insert new tools readily without spending a ton of money for the integrations with our other partners. I finally have recruiters working in one system almost all of the time without having to create work arounds which has given me complete visibility.

What do you dislike?

This is tough, nothing comes to mind. There isn't really anything we haven't ultimately resolved.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Doubled recruiter output in the first year and reduced TTF, have been able to provide reporting readily and improve candidate experience.

"Gr8 People Review"

What do you like best?

The system is very user friendly and is very convenient. Most efficient tool in recent times to save time, cost and effort. Very easy to be accessed and also has a security feature where the account can only be used by one user at a time. Its also has options for users to reset password at their own convenient.

What do you dislike?

At times, when a new account or tenant is configured/implemented, some features needs to be requested specifically.

One of the best products that mainly focuses on recruitment and human resources.

A more accurate way to store or track candidate details and profile.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, gr8 support, gr8 functionality, gr8 leadership & trust

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that they are located in Pennsylvania, so i don't get to see them in person.

"Great Platform for Structured Hiring "

What do you like best?

The overall ease of use and that it provides very clear next steps to Hiring Managers and Recruiters. Additionally, the ability to automate tasks; such as phone screens and interview feedback reminders. The Customer Support Team is excellent!

What do you dislike?

There's room for improvement in the reporting module. As it stands, I find creating reports to be confusing and cumbersome. Also, I wish that a Candidate's application was universal in the system and not specific to a certain job.

Recommendations to others considering the product

During the evaluation phase, speak with either Customer Support or the Development Team. Some features mentioned by Sales were not accurate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Most importantly, to capture better hiring data so that better hiring decisions can be made. We're still gather data, but we can now define our key reporting metrics.

"Admin"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of being able to check the scheduled tasks to see what the issue is.

What do you dislike?

When there is an error in one of the scheduled tasks, we used to get an email stating what the issue is. Now we have to log into Gr8 People to check it out.

This is a great product. Gr8 People is easy to use, plus the support is excellent.

We have everything we need in one system, and can easily find what we need.

"Solid CRM that grows with us and is headed in the right direction"

What do you like best?

CRM that provides self-service portal creation, unlimited UDFs, and serious flexibility.

What do you dislike?

Advanced Reporting is limited to .csv exports

"Great way to boost internal career referrals!"

What do you like best?

I like that I have access to all the internal job postings, both for my own information as well as for referral potential.

What do you dislike?

It can be a little difficult to view all the pertinent jobs if they are not tagged correctly, including department/category or location.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefit is increased referrals which tend to be better long-term candidates for the company. It also helps save money that would otherwise be spent on recruiters.

"Great System"

What do you like best?

We currently use the system just for the CRM portion and it works great!

What do you dislike?

Reporting is a bit tedious and we have to reach out to the support Team for assistance but they always help us out with no questions asked!

The colours of their website are harsh but usable.

"Tracking Candidates "

What do you like best?

great way to schedule candidates and save time with tracking candidates outside of the ATS requisitions

What do you dislike?

it wasn't as intuitive as other systems that I have used.

"Enough to get by."

What do you like best?

The look and feel. It provided an online capability to our process.

What do you dislike?

Limitations as the software relates to our industry and type of job postings. Especially to analytics.

"Good implementation and support. "

What do you like best?

Implementation process was good, but some features need improving! Such as insights, configurable by client, interview templating, UK data standards.

What do you dislike?

Lack of flexibility. Complex reporting tool.

Gr8 product but needs some adjustment to UK market and flexibility
