There are different categories to choose from when mailing gifts to your customers (you can even send food!). There's also a notification system that's really helpful in keeping you updated with customer birthdays and other special dates. There's also an option to brand your gifts, which is very neat!
What do you dislike?
I'd like there to be more gift options within each category, especially for the lower price ranges. I'm sure this is something Gravy is working to improve as they grow.
