"Well designed"

What do you like best?

Exactly what I need - This is great for doing calls with users. Just send them the link and they can start chatting. No need for them to install software, download files or anything like that which could confuse them. Just one click and that’s it!

Excellent call quality - Even with several users on a call, the image and sound quality is superb.

Easy to record - With just a click you can save your calls. This is very good for making training video as well as keeping a record of conversations.

Works everywhere - Even on systems where Skype and Google Hangouts won’t open.

What do you dislike?

Can’t think of any cons. I only wanted a simple way to chat with users and this does all what I need. However, I wish they didn’t take credit card details for the initial trial. Even though I ended up becoming a paying customer, I don’t like it when companies take details for trials. In my book, it’s a bit seedy when companies do that.

It’s the best choice for people looking for easy video conferencing.

I use it to give technical support to users. With other packages, they had to mess around with installing software. This is so much better.

"great quick and easy to use "

What do you like best?

I like that it takes away all of the nuances of installing software and creating user profiles.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that my customers are sometimes confused about how to use the services but this only happens because it is so unorthodox and easy.

Use it! I have many frustrations with video conferencing but this is the future of business. One days soon we will be looking at relying on it all the time once once the Internet is global and quicker. I hope this company envisions a future where video access to others removes all communication barriers.

As an online personal trainer and coach this platform is allowing me to connect with potential leads and also do ongoing coaching with ought getting separate embedded software for my website or using unprofessional tools like Skype.

"They Really Are The World's Easiest Video Calls"

What do you like best?

With Gruveo, I can connect with clients quickly and easily. They just click a link and are placed into a call with me automatically, without the hassle of installing a piece of software or registering for an account. Using the tool is just super-simple, which is a big contrast compared with other calling software I've used in the past like Skype, JoinMe and GoToMeeting.

What do you dislike?

When someone clicks on a call link, Gruveo automatically starts a video call, which is usually the preferred method of connecting for me, but not all clients prefer to have video turned on by default.

Sign up for a free account to get a feel for the software, but if you're using it for business, you'll want to switch to a Pro account quickly. It's priced competitively at $12/mo and well worth it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Gruveo to share designs with clients when I'm working with them on web design projects. When using other calling apps, I'd routinely spend the first five minutes of a meeting teaching the client how to use the software or waiting for them to create an account. With Gruveo, the process is so streamlined and simple, even my most tech-averse clients have never had trouble.

"Simple & Works "

What do you like best?

Easy to direct clients to your private link, screen sharing

What do you dislike?

Only works in Chrome, when mobile users click the link it doesn't automatically redirect to download their app.

If you need a simple, no fuss or bells way for clients to call you- Gruveo will do it.

"Finally.."

What do you like best?

You can start video calls without installing software

What do you dislike?

The web notifications don't work sometimes so you don't know when someone might be calling. I am using chrome.

"Awesome free service that lives up to expectations"

What do you like best?

That it is so easy to have a video chat with people who aren't as tech savvy.

What do you dislike?

Not as customizable and not the same UI as I'm used to.

I've been able to set up video calls whenever necessary and make it easy for anyone to join.

"Easiest video calling application"

What do you like best?

Time scheduling , video call quality , Audio call , Easy to share screen !

What do you dislike?

The new multi party needs some attention. It's difficult to talk with the multiple participants in an audio call, because there's currently no easy way to identify the various participants unless and until you can identify their voice manually.
