Everyone at the company seemed friendly and concerned when we spoke to them. When we let them know we were discontinuing our contract they were eager to show us upcoming improvements.
What do you dislike?
Most of our problems were generated by GTxcel. They appear to outsource the work but not check it. They disowned responsibility and in many cases said that the limits of their service could not be addressed. They talked a lot about improvements in the works, We felt they cared mainly about taking our money and not about service or making us satisfied. We were locked into a 2-year contract that we soon regretted, and we counted down the months and days until we could be free. When we said we were not renewing our contract they responded with a punitive measure, requiring us to pay a large fee to keep our content hosted by them. We left anyway. Last, when I wrote to the CEO of the company with detailed complaints he didn't bother to respond. We have moved on and are now very happy with our new team.

Spare yourself and don't do it.

Our involvement with GTxcel was entirely a mistake. The referral we had received from them was with a reputable company, but that had not been doing business with them for very long. We believe that the errors (generated by them) that GTxcel made with our content may well have lost us customers and advertisers.
