"Hassoffers, the performance platform"

What do you like best?

Is almost like an standard so you can manage it without previous knowledge, they changed the interface just one month ago and is more user friendly and more adaptated to the actual platforms, also you can manage your mobile campaigns using tune.

What do you dislike?

The price is going expensive every day, the price per click is almost an insult and if you have bad sources best call your bank an open a credit line. You can manage also the mobile campaigns but once more the price system is too expensive y you are just trying to do marketing, the cost of every event is higher than the media of other platforms and this can broke your budget if you are not careful.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Is one of the first one the cloud so then is a good option, it have years of development under its history but the price per action is to keep in mind before take a decission.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I track all my campaigns desktop and mobile using hasoffers, is ok to manage an afiliate network but too expensive for a final client.

We also use it to manage the downloads campaigns of mobile apps throught the whole world, it have an sdk to be implemented in an app and you can know also the behaviour of the users in your app, we use as one of the main sdk to give the clients reports of conversion and behaviour.

"Straightforward, Easy to Use"

What do you like best?

I really like how intuitive the software is, the platforms is very easily integrated with many different softwares like AffiliTest and 24metrics Fraud Shield. It is very user friendly for both publishers and advertisers who sign up in the system. The reporting side of the software is very customizable to what you need, you can check your daily profits, how offers are converting, and how much activity specific advertisers and publishers are doing each day.

What do you dislike?

I think there are some parts that are tedious, like if a publisher does not apply for an offer, you need to go into the campaign card and physically approve them, this gets quite difficult when one publisher wants to run many campaigns or when many publishers want to run one campaign. There should be some sort of search button above the "unapproved" box on the campaign cards.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is a very good service for mobile campaigns, maybe a bit more difficult for desktop campaigns.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently my media team is trying to solve how to implement some sort of click cap per campaign/publisher/advertiser. Since our plan limits us to a certain number of clicks a month, depending on offers, we may hit that quota before it resets. To be able to manage the click counts just like how we can manage the caps would be a really great tool to stay within our click means and not pay additionally for unnecessary traffic.

"Overall, recommend HasOffers to mobile healthcare companies "

What do you like best?

- HasOffers/TUNE has signed a BAA with us

- Your account management team is very technical and responsive

- Platform isn't intuitive but it's fairly easy to use after a little hand holding

What do you dislike?

- The 'install' event is not labeled in our affiliate reporting, which confuses our affiliates

- Conversions are registrations if there's a $ value assigned to it, otherwise for mobile events, conversions without $ values associated are installs

Recommendations to others considering the product

There hasn't been any noticeable product enhancements since we joined on 3 years ago. All of our product suggestions were filed in a queue but never implemented - and we were told that it likely would not get implemented.

"Very easy to use"

What do you like best?

I have tried numerous solutions for setting up affiliate programs. Tune (formerly HasOffers) is a lot easier to setup than other services like CAKE. I always ran into problems setting up CAKE, they needed to host on our server, stats were very hard to drill into, etc., Hasoffers allows yoiu to run the admin panel on their server. Setting up iframe, javascript and tracking pixels are very easy, and approving new affiliates and generating links takes minutes not hours. Very easy to use user interface as well.

What do you dislike?

The pricing for cake is very expensive if you go over your number of clicks. We typically use pop up networks, so each time an ad is show it counts as a click not an impression. So this really adds up.

If you need to setup affiliates quickly, and want a self serve solution they are the best.

Our company needed to launch an affiliate program and didn't want to spend $5000 on Conversant or Linkshare.

"Track affiliate traffic and create links"

What do you like best?

The software is easy to navigate and use. It has really helped our company grow by allowing us to have affiliates are resellers have their own links and a log in to view their status.

What do you dislike?

I am not able to change the amount or percentages that I agree with different resellers. I wish there were more options for the affiliate views when they log in.

its an easy to use system, and it works great!

tracking affiliate and reseller traffic through unique links. It also gives them visibility by allowing them to log in and view how many links and sells they have gotten and what the payout will be.

"Great Platform with Limits"

What do you like best?

Simple and easy to use interface.

Helpful and (mostly) knowledgable support staff.

What do you dislike?

Processing capabilities and lacking if there is to large of a data pull.

Filtering is very limited both pre and post data pull

The reporting is limited in both functionality and processing capabilities. If you pull in lots of data (several gigs) then HO is useful to land the data but not analyze.

I use the tool as a way to track and maximize revenue across our product portfolio.

"Great Technology & Great Team"

What do you like best?

We enjoy our daily work with HasOffers very much. As integration partner we mostly benefit from the comprehensive API on which we build our product. The API provides us with a wide range of opportunities to develop a very flexible invoicing solution on top of the HasOffers functionality. Besides having this great technical basis we appreciate the work with the outstanding TUNE team very much.

It is great to see how HasOffers can provide big and small companies that have different requirements with the perfect solution to measure their performance activities. Through their 24/7 support they are always available for their clients all around the world. The interface is easy to use and offers a lot of great features that help to analyze and optimize traffic.

What do you dislike?

Depending on the volume of data, some API responses take some more time.

"One of the best Mobile Attribution Partners in the space"

What do you like best?

Finding the best mobile attribution partner could be difficult. Figuring out what you need for your business and which product offers the most robust features to align with your goals and metrics. I've interviewed over 3 different mobile attribution partners and Tune by far offers the best product to help support you track your mobile campaigns. They're always innovating and releasing products that could provide deeper insights into your partner network and campaigns. As a valued client of theirs we're constantly included in their beta products and often asked to provide feedback in building out their new products.

What do you dislike?

When everything is running smoothly, it's a great experience but when their reporting is down (which is quite often) it hinders your ability to do anything or analyze data in your campaigns. Pricing is a bit high as well and we're charged on clicks and all events being captured by Tune. This usually hinders our ability to scale because we want to minimize the monthly charges.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're looking at Apsalar, AppsFlyer or Kochava. Tune is by far the best attribution partner and definitely headed in the right direction. The only issue is that they're slightly more expensive and will charge on clicks and every event they capture.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business problems we're trying to solve is to try to understand why people are uninstalling and how we could speak to them to re-engage them. We also want to close the gap between new users on our mobile app vs non-app users.

"Versatility"

What do you like best?

It has very accurate analytics and click data appears to be real time.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing that I can say negatively. However, a smaller price structure would definitely be beneficial.

"Fantastic Performance Marketing Software!"

What do you like best?

We have been using HasOffers for several years and we are very happy with the product. Since tracking is a core part of our business we are happy to be working with such a reliable product. We are especially impressed by the fast support 24/7 and the advanced technical settings that help us control and optimize our traffic in a very professional way, this is crucial for us.

I`m missing:

- a total capping functionality on offer and advertiser level

- RPA/CPA graduation

"Profession is All that Matters"

What do you like best?

The dedicated team, the reliable product and the trustable company. They are all the things that attracted us.

What do you dislike?

It seems that HasOffers has not a server in China, and it makes our system operations become not very efficient. And I hope this can be solved soon.

Easy to create tracking URLs, robust reporting features, intuitive UI

I've had a difficult time learning how to full integrate HasOffers and TUNE, which is critical for our business as mobile-first

"Using HasOffers for affiliate programs is a breath of fresh air"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that it's easy to use and doesn't have a confusing layout like some other affiliate tools do.

I dislike how i need to have a separate login for every company that has an affiliate program using HasOffers.
