"Prize vendor for large scale, global campaign"

What do you like best?

Eprize had a dedicated team for our national campaign. This was the first campaign of this scale that our organization had done, they provided us with all of the legal aspects of the execution. They were very stern about rules and regulations, did not allow us to "bend" the rules ever - which is a great for a company of this stature. They ensured we were following the extensive rules we had set forth for the contest and had dedicate team members for every aspect of the contest.

What do you dislike?

They were sometimes inflexible and seemed to interpret the rules and regulations different than our legal team. Additionally, there were instances in the campaign where there were weekly or daily drawings and at times it took them longer than expected to get the drawings done. A few of our winner announcements were delayed because of that.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were solving the need to handle all of the prize drawings and legal matters that are associated with them in a campaign of this scale. We had thousands of entries and needed a third party to be in charge of the rules associated with the contest - this was a requirement from our legal team.

"A solid vendor for social activations"

What do you like best?

ePrize (now HelloWorld) provides a wide variety of whitelabeled platforms, including social app and microsite experiences (e.g. Facebook) and more.

What do you dislike?

While HelloWorld has a suite of white label solutions, many people seem to only know it for its sweeps and contest promotions still, despite the new company name

Recommendations to others considering the product

Think of HelloWorld as more than a sweeps/contest vendor, but more of an agency.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I initially engaged ePrize/HelloWorld several years ago for an enterprise-level sweeps program, which was to be executed through social media channels, primarily Facebook. ePrize's set of white-label solutions proved to be cost effective and time efficient. Would use them again.

"promotions campaign which can pay off"

What do you like best?

The idea of having a reputable company offering an eprize. They provide their services on the web, through social networks and mobile devices. They create a strategy unique to the business in question and run a campaign that will provide brand awareness.

What do you dislike?

I think there are many applications available that can offer the same service so its a matter of finding whats best for you and the company.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It maybe worth a look into but i think there are many other companies that can do the same.
