"Best software that helps practitioners diagnose and repair clients equipments remotely "

What do you like best?

Its supported by the various leading software operating systems such as Android, Windows etc

There is support available to new users to enhance their user interaction with the software

It is easy to install and use

What do you dislike?

The support is available remotely and in case of emergency it may be a challenge to seek their help and guidance to use the software

The pricing of the software is quota based as opposed to being a one-off payment figure plan

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is the best software as far as remote cloud networking with customers is concerned. the software is easy to use and it will enable the organization to connect and undertake diagnostics to the various customer assets easily thereby increase the profitability and competitive advantage of the company

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business problem that we are solving is the constant and sudden patrol checks and trips that we make to go and run a troubleshooting procedure on their defective equipment physically in their premises. nowadays we do that remotely saving the costs of doing business and thereby realize our economies of scale
