Capability to track prospects through all stages of the sales funnel. It Deals dashboard is intuitive and simple to use. It's email tracking service is more natural than SF and other CRMs. It's a great inbound marketing technology that's super helpful on tracking prospects through the sales funnel.
Not much at the moment. Relatively new to Hubspot after using salesforce for an extended period. The only thing that I would say would be a nice feature is if there was an email merge feature to send mass emails. I know that might go against the inbound marketing strategy, but still nice to have.

As mentioned above, it presents the sales cycle in a very friendly user interface, helping the team accurately track and predict revenues. This is a great software compared to other CRM that I've used in the past. Salesforce is archaic and not user-friendly.
