Email tracking and logging, collecting data from users, better assisting us with marketing and growth.
The fact we're able to see co-worker emails that are tracked, able to use Templates within gmail and hotmail really allow us to see the types of communications work. able to see when they reply as well is good.
As we're using the free version, but once we iron out all the kinks we're 10000% signing up to the plan, so I'd say at the moment the only downside to the service would be the support which is community-based. but its all spot on.
If you're a software user that tracks downloads or sign-ups from the website like we do I couldn't recommend this more than humanly possible. Add the tracking code and BOOM you're off.
We're now able to really see the types of user we're getting and the email notifications for sign-ups are great
once we're up and running with the plans, we'll have so much freetime to be able to focus on other key areas
