I have used various CRM tools over the year but Hubspot is the only tool that provided an optimized solution for my company. As we are a startup, we had to figure out a best solution for cost reduction model for CRM in order to increase the sales performance and to keep in track the type of customers we are reaching out. The one best thing I like about Hubspot is that the amount of flexibility they give to customize the properties according to respective company business model.
The free version does not include much of a marketing analysis. iOS version can be upgraded with variety of options to and made more user friendly for admins.
I would definitely recommend for all the start up companies.
