Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar. Being able to automatically connect and see my events and emails from my contacts makes life a lot easier than having to record things twice. I also enjoy the task setting feature and the notifications I get when one is due.
I wish I could integrate with MailerLite, which I use for newsletter distribution. It would also be good if we could make tasks and records that automatically go on two contacts' accounts, and if we could log meetings that were on the calendar, rather than having to create meeting logs from scratch. Additionally, I have had to accept the necessary evil of not being able to download or export my contacts easily with the free version.
This CRM is great for small teams that aren't going to need to transition off the system any time soon. Because you can't easily export your data, you can't just take everything you have and move elsewhere, so if you're planning to grow fast and just need an in-between platform, you're better served elsewhere. If you're staying the course for the foreseeable future, however, and just need to manage contacts for a few people (especially if all those people are on GSuite) then it's definitely worth it.
Being a team of one, I needed something cheap and very easy to access. The free CRM is actually really easy to onboard and has a streamlined system that lets me keep my data organized well. It also makes it a lot easier for me to keep track of the last time I talked to people and prove marketing and sales productivity.
