Where do I begin with Hubspot CRM? I know that there's also the Sales and Marketing of Hubspot but it's all integrated so seamlessly that it's hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. I love that as soon as you start entering client information, the system will pull related info such as business address, domain, etc. I also especially love that with the extension I can keep track of all communication with clients without having to copy/paste anything or manually enter anything else. All communication will be saved with that client's info.
The one great thing is also sort of a pain in the butt. I recently input about 2,000 contacts into HubSpot. Some of those with well-known businesses. Well, because HubSpot recognized the info, it pulled whatever info it could. In most cases, not being the correct info for the client. i.e. say if a client works for a local Wells Fargo bank, Hubspot would recognize the name and automatically pull the address of their HQ. Not a major pain to erase and/or edit once I caught it. But the first 50 or so that were inputted had to be double-checked for accuracy.
Definitely install the extension!!
It's free! I don't have to worry about carrying a huge Rolodex around with me or having to wrack my brain to remember when the last time I reached out to someone was. It's all right there in the CRM. So not only am I saving money by not spending any, I'm also saving myself a ton of headaches!
