"HubSpot Sales is a wonderful tool to make yours sales job eaiser"

What do you like best?

We have been using HubSpot sales for years and the system is always getting better and better. Every time I think the HubSpot is done they show off by adding something to make sales easier. The newest feature that I am LOVING is the creation of quotes in the deal section. This is super easy and a quick way to get a quote out to a hot lead. It includes everything from the date is was created, how long the quote is good for, to even having the option of having someone sign off on it.

What do you dislike?

I honestly don't know if there are anything about HubSpot sales that I don't like. Well, when they make an update it can through me off a little because something looks different but really, is that a bad thing? I don't think so.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I strongly recommend that you look at HubSpot and do a comparison with the other sales platforms out there. What really sets HubSpot apart from their competitors is the provide free support, they system is accessible from any device with internet (no hardware needed) and they are always adding more to improve your experience with the program.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

HubSpot sales helps me keep track of my sales as well as the rest of my team. I can see what is in the pipeline, how close we are to reaching our goals and even how productive we have been. This is a great program that provides vital information in a very user friendly way.

"Contact Driven Sales"

What do you like best?

HubSpot enables you to track engagement in your sales activities and automate proper follow ups and score when intervention is needed.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how information is centred around contacts when sometimes you want to have it centred around companies.

Also the life cycle management can be odd when you are not following the full stage path as defined (by you).

So for example when you instantly create a new contact and create a new deal on this newly created contact the life cycle stage changes but it does not show correct conversion rates as you missed out on some previous life cycle stages.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be aware that this sales system is very much contacts driven and please discuss your internal processes when multiple teams of multiple disciplines are using HubSpot regarding contact/company ownership and who is responsible for the quality of the entered contact data.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to track and follow up on our sales engagements. The benefits of using HubSpot in our sales engagement meant we are spending time on the right leads and deals.

What Email Tracking solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!

"Hubspot keeps proving me wrong. They are the best solution"

What do you like best?

Smooth interface makes working in it on a daily basis a real joy. Didn't really like the cotton candy color choice but I have to say it grows on you and the responsiveness and UI choices just work. Seems a couple years ahead of similar interfaces that feel more cluttered. It's like working on a Mac instead of Windows. Hubspot just works. The reporting with it's tracking during the month compared to your personal quota's the automated emailing of these dashboards. It all seems just a little bit too simple but once you start using it you see why choices were made and the low barrier/friction ensures you actually look at it and work the numbers instead of working the reports to show stuff you don't need to see. Can't recommend Hubspot highly enough.

What do you dislike?

The focus on inbound leads and lack of outbound leads/sales workflow without getting the absolut highest tier to enable workflow automation. Besides that let's talk costs because even for the sales starter I'm paying factor 2 what I used to pay Pipedrive from almost similar functionality. If it weren't for the sequences I would switch back to Pipedrive for cost reasons alone.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try it. Reports and screens just work. As does gmail integration.

"HubSpot Sales' Awesomeness! "

What do you like best?

I like how I can create a task on a daily basis and have me notified when it is time to work on that specific task. I also like how I am being notified whenever my clients open the emails I sent to them. It helps me be connected and updated to them in a timely manner and attend to their concerns immediately. HubSpot Sales helps me to be organize at work and makes me effective in doing my job.

What do you dislike?

The thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales is when it is down, it does not allow me to use the search tab to search for my leads and continue my tasks.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I am recommending HubSpot Sales if you want to make your life easier in terms of making reports, contacting customers, advertising your line of products, or if you just simply make your product known by people. It's the best tool I have ever used so far! Good job!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

HubSpot Sales helps me creating or accomplishing daily phone calls and emails in terms of contacting my clients and continue to be an effective employee in my industry, Marketing and Advertising as we were able to track how many email have we sent and how many email have been responded by clients. HubSpot Sales also helps me to be efficient in doing reports and for a more accurate presentation to my bosses and colleagues.

"This brought our tech company's internal process to 2018 standard."

What do you like best?

Before we used systems that just were not able to compete, and not for lack of trying. We pumped thousands into multiple software applications who promised they could meet and exceed our needs. Their "features" were definitely lacking, and behaved as though common sense was not involved in the making of them. We ended up SAVING money on an only-very-slightly-more-expensive product, which replaced 3 products, that does more than we even intended.

What do you dislike?

I say this all the time, "I'm sorry our new Lamborghini cannot fly." Meaning we upgraded to the best model of CRM, Marketing, and Sales services, we were using a Fred Flintstone car ahead of this and when a member of my sales team finds a very small thing he Wishes might happen (not that it could be a possibility with Any platform), I double check that I can't bridge the gap and then follow with, "I'm sorry our new Lamborghini cannot fly."

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make the switch. Even if you do not currently use a CRM and you work from your home office. They provide their CRM for free. I was using the free CRM for my job before our company switched and my profiles integrated. I wish I could click the button for you, but I'm sure you will find many other reviews like mine. Do it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before we had No visibility into lost customers, where they went and why. We had almost No visibility into email marketing campaigns. We had NO sales CRM. We had a homegrown makeshift CAPA case resolution system. We had no metrics on our lead conversions. ALL of these have been resolved, and will continue to increase the ROI for us the more data we pump into the system.

"Hubspot for Sales"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that we have a common dashboard so we can have an overview on what the other members of the sales team are doing.

What do you dislike?

The thing I would like to be able to do, as a Customer Success Manager, is creating recurring deals on the pipes, so I don't have to recreate a identical deal each month.

As well, that would be nice to be able to duplicate a deal (copy and paste).

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is a very nice tool - You don't need a big knowledge / experience about Sales tools.

It is really easy to understand and to use.

I highly recommend this tool even if some new features would be great to have. For example, one thing I would like to be able to do, as a Customer Success Manager, is creating recurring deals on the pipes, so I don't have to recreate a identical deal each month.

As well the support team is really nice, and you do many different activities from just one environment, which is nice.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to this tool, we have a clear overview of the sales pipes, thanks to the dashboard.

Visually, it is really well done. You can realise very quickly how far you are from your target and at what stage yours deals are.

"Never miss a deal, deadline, or meeting"

What do you like best?

The ability to track each customer from initial contact past closing deals has allowed me to optimize my advertising spending. I can easily see what e-mails and calls are working or not working, and I can organize all of the information about each customer and company I work with. The organized data that Hubspot tracks for me is invaluable.

What do you dislike?

I can't see the attachments that are included in e-mails in Hubspot. If I'm tracking my team's work, I can't judge if they have included the proper documents when signing deals.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are new to email marketing, tracking sales, or just looking for some new insights into developing a sales and marketing team, this is for you. The resources provided by Hubspot make learning a quick and efficient process. TIme is money, as the saying goes, and Hubspot helps you use your time more effectively and spend better time with customers. If you have the resources to spend on this program, you'll have more information about the kind of leads you're developing. If you need to train a team remotely, the learning center is a mini-classroom in a computer.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I no longer have to follow the "throw it to the wall and see what sticks" method of gaining new customers and creating repeat business. I can target specific customers and follow a timeline of following up to make sure I never miss a sales opportunity.

"HubSpot Sales Review!"

What do you like best?

As an Education Solutions Consultant, I like how HubSpot Sales make my interactions possible in reaching out our customers through phone and email. From its cool interface to its facile functionality, I can say that it's really helpful at work.

What do you dislike?

One thing that I do not like in HubSpot Sales is the intermittent phone connection whenever we have poor internet connection in the office. I don't blame HubSpot Sales solely, whenever my conversation with a customer gets interrupted because of choppy line, as I understand that the cause of it is my company's poor internet connection.

Recommendations to others considering the product

HubSpot Sales is awesome in making your everyday work easy and interactive! Work itself is stressful, but with HubSpot Sales, it becomes stress free. From its cool interface to its user friendly functionality, I can say that it's really helpful to achieve your personal goal as an employee, and your team goal in your company. I have used other tools before in my previous work, but this is the first time I commend a tool like this. I am extremely happy with HubSpot Sales!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Contacting districts offices or schools through phone and email to introduce our product and eventually build a partnership with them in providing protective solutions to their technology devices like iPad, Chromebooks, and other devices in K-12.

I realized that without HubSpot Sales, it will be "bloody" for us to dial contact numbers of our customers using hard/physical phone.

"10x less effort, 10x the results"

What do you like best?

Email tracking - see when leads open emails, click on links, and how much time they spend inside documents.

What do you dislike?

Hubspot is complicated - LOTS and LOTS of functionality makes it a bit hard to get started. The customer onboarding team sent lots of emails, but I think we would have gotten value from it much faster if we had help from an actual human.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use your customer success representative to help you learn all of the different ways Hubspot can improve your sales process.

Be patient and start simple - Hubspot has a LOT of functionality which can be overwhelming, but you can grow into the features over time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Drastically decreasing the sales cycle with efficient communication with leads (email templates, email tracking, storing often-used documents in Hubspot).

Easy tracking of leads progressing through our sales pipeline, and leads getting cold.

Building hyper-accurate sales forecasts with Hubspot dashboard reports that show the pace of leads moving from Contact Made to Engagement Won.

"Effective email tracking that provides value immediately. "

What do you like best?

Hubspot Sales has been a great tool because of how simple it was to set up, and how easily you can monitor, track, and engage with your contacts. With the addition of the Google Chrome extension, you can receive instant notifications when your emails are opened, links are clicked, or meetings are scheduled.

What do you dislike?

This is a limitation that is likely in place for many email tracking tools, but when you send an email to multiple contacts within the same email, you are not able to see the individuals who open your email, just that it has been opened.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Hubspot is a great product for growing teams and has solutions for large companies as well. The one thing I would recommend when investigating Hubspot is that they are able to provide the integration that you need with the other products you are currently using.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In my role, the transfer of information is critical, so knowing when either a lead or client has interacted with an email or email content allows me to create more fluid interactions and optimize our outreach strategy to ensure that information isn't falling to the wayside.

"Hubspot- for sales people... not the best CRM"

What do you like best?

The email tracking feature is nice and great to be able to look back at a contact and see your email conversation through the tool. I like that you can work in outlook and have it sync into Hubspot. Also, the feature of seeing if someone opened your email, clicked it, etc. is nice; however, I'm not certain it is always accurate based on the company you send it to and their email security settings.

What do you dislike?

I dislike a lot about Hubspot for a Sales Team- You cannot mass email through the Sales tab, only through Marketing... which means you individually have to email people. Your are unable to select 10 people in a company who you would like to send the same template to.

In tracking individual information on a client in an account, the user interface is just terrible. Everything is captured on the whole profile page. There are no individual sections or tabs for notes on meetings, or personal information, tracking call, etc. You are forced to scroll the entire page to find whatever you are looking for; similar to twitter or the new UI of Linkedin.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Build a better, more customized sales site that allows you to find individual contact profile notes; create a feature to mass email through hubspot sales that allows you to customize the persons name.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it is nice for blasting marketing email campaigns with events- but that is not through the sales tab. Otherwise, I've not seen any benefit with Hubspot sales

"Excellent Tools That Combine Marketing & Sales"

What do you like best?

Hubspot Sales is a great tool for the bottom of the marketing funnel. It combines the functionality of multiple types of software (workflows, chat functionality, automated scheduling) into one easy to use interface.

What do you dislike?

Difficulty syncing with Prosperworks CRM. While the functionality of Hubspot sales/CRM is great for the marketing team, our sales team was adamant about staying with their CRM, Prosperworks. You can sync the two via a thirty party integrator called Pie-Sync, but it's been very difficult to set up, and even more difficult to track attribution.

With everything 'Hubspot,' I think the variety of the features can be difficult: it feels like you're never fully utilizing the tool because it can do so much. In order to fully realize it's potential, I'd recommend working with a Hubspot Agency Partner or having someone on your team experienced in Hubspot.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You'll get the most out of it if you plan on using Salesforce or the Hubspot CRM.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's been ideal for us to have all these tools under one "roof." By having our automated scheduling, chat functionality, etc in one platform, we ensure that everything works together and can build the most efficient workflows.

"Almost Salesloft level "

What do you like best?

the sequence and queue feature are the best features for me. As a BDR the ability to know when someone opens your email is amazing. From there you can tell which emails are producing and what emails a=need more work. Support has been very helpful as well. We have not had a "team onboarding" session yet, which I think will be very beneficial in the coming weeks.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the sequence and queue feature do not work together. If there was a way to keep all task separate or keep the most important task ahead of the others I think it would be awesome. When creating a sequence there should be an opportunity to say, "I want every task from this sequence to go into my "blank" queue". My biggest dislike is that all task is grouped together...to me it is not productive...although I created a task doesn't mean it is as important as my sequence task. Going through the task and filtering the important task from non-important is time-consuming.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Its a really good tool mainly because of support. Every CRM is straight forward, I just feel as though we have not yet unlocked all capabilities with Hubspot CRM. The ability to know whether or not emails are open or clicked is golden.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Just the ability to stay on task and hit prospects early and often. With the sequence feature, you are able to y=take a prospect through a full cycle and know whether or not they are a fit.

"Keep sales flowing through the funnnel"

What do you like best?

HubSpot Sales is robust, easy to set up and comes with plenty of support. We are still on the Free version and barely hit the limits. Only whish that we could set up more templates. Our sales guru hits the limit of 5 and could think of 10 more. But the power lies in the limits isn't it?

We are on the Marketing Hub as well and I like the seamless integration between Sales and Marketing.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit of a steep step up to the Professional version. Especially for smaller companies like ours. HubSpot is overhauling their platform with a more modern interface. Which is nice but this means that some features are still outdated and clunky.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A seamless workflow from webtraffic to salesfunnel. And insights in the process what works and what needs to be improved...

"Smart Sales CRM for Teams"

What do you like best?

I absolutely love the contact view on HubSpot Sales. You can click on a contact and then see every detail of your business' interactions with them. For example, if a potential customer completes a form on your site, a new contact is created in HubSpot Sales and can be viewed by your entire team. This contact record will establish basic information HubSpot can gather: email, name, company, company details, timezone, etc. It will also let you see a "timeline" of the contact from every email sent, every note written by other team members, emails opened, webpages visited, etc. The contact tool is so powerful that that in itself is reason to use HubSpot Sales!

Another detail: HubSpot's support team is also exceptional!

What do you dislike?

The cost - that's the only deterrent for potential customers from what I see. Yes, there's a bit of a learning curve, but the overall system is really easy to use. The cost of the professional features of HubSpot Sales can be pricey, but for teams looking to optimize and streamline their Sales/Marketing efforts, HubSpot is probably the way to go.

Recommendations to others considering the product

HubSpot Sales is superb if you want your entire sales AND marketing teams on the same page. Generate contacts, understand their needs, and then serve them for them to become evangelists for your business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our clients utilize HubSpot Sales to take leads generated by HubSpot's Marketing tools and close those leads to customers. Clients are able to visualize their sales process and simplify how they're talking with customers.

"Free Sales Software for Businesses of Any Size"

What do you like best?

It is free and you can do a lot of things. It integrates with google gmail for businesses and in our company we like this very much. It has an awesome integration with gmail and we have lot's of infos in the sidebar. I've been using HubSpot since 2013 and I have seen lot's of new features. For sure if you will make the switch you are on good hands.

What do you dislike?

I have yet to find any dislikes.

I only use the FREE addition of Hubspot so I am unable to comment on all the features and functionalities of Hubspot.

Maybe it will be good if we could send e-mails from hubspot servers too instead of using gmail.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You can build a database of subscribers very easy. It integrates with Gmail.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping customers engaged with content most relevant to them and building a database of subscribers.

We are very organized since we use Hubspot. We have a clear tracking about each customer and partner.

"A useful tool, but a pricy solution."

What do you like best?

I like the integrations with Gmail and the HubSpot templates. it's helpful to know when tracked emails are opened. I'm still dubious about whether or not spam filters block some Tracked emails, especially for fist time prospecting emails.

What do you dislike?

The cost is borderline too expensive. We would expand the use of the system if it weren't so pricey. Sequences ended up being of no use at all because the emails come from a HubSpot server which has been marked as "marketing and promotions" and is picked up by most spam filters. We tested the same language being sent from a person and had a significant difference in response rates.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Does exactly what a small business owner requires with the ability to add more value when required"

What do you like best?

My experiences have led me to believe that you should always look after no. 1. By doing this I have always tracked and call logged all communications. Whilst I only use the FREE addition of HubSpot it offers and supports my minimum requirements. It provides logging of all my correspondance with my customers and allows me to track emails to see if my customers are actually opening and reading my emails.

What do you dislike?

I have yet to find any dislikes, however as mentioned I only use the FREE addition of Hubspot so I am unable to comment on all the features and functionalities of Hubspot.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to record and track communications is great. Being able to incorporate the software in to my Gmail account makes for ease of use. I also like the fact that it integrates with your mobile apps allowing for a quick import to replenish your contact details.

"Great Sales Tools"

What do you like best?

I started using Hubspot in September 2016. We have been really happy with it to set tasks so that we can focus on what we need to do at the time instead of trying to remember so many items during a day. Being able to check our pipeline and see what other people on the team are up to is great, a customer can call in and anyone can help by looking at the contact and viewing the history in seconds.

Very happy with the software and love the Hubspot Academy videos too.

What do you dislike?

I find it difficult to resolve problems when they happen, today my email was not syncing and I had to check chrome all over and though it was linked it was not showing up.

I would like to be able to see my tasks more clearly like I do with my deals or they can be forgotten along the way.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having the Chrome Plugin has been great for capturing my contacts email addresses so that I can easily update my Mailing list for Marketing emails.

Using the Deals Pipeline has helped us stay in touch with customers and close deals that we may have sometimes forgotten about in the past.

"You get what you pay for"

What do you like best?

It's got a pretty easy interface and it's fairly easy to integrate through things like Zapier. I like that it tracks open emails. It integrates with gmail pretty well - and you can do that with a personal gmail account. You don't need to use Google Apps.

What do you dislike?

The reporting on the free product isn't good. I think this is their intent. You can do only so much with it without purchasing the paid version. Running reports based on specific criteria should be a staple of any CRM. That is THE reason you use a CRM.

If you are sending an email that is being tracked, make sure you are only sending it to one person. If you send to more than one recipient anyone that opens it will give you an indication - but you won't know who.

I'd like it to be able to associate contacts, deals, and companies a bit easier. When you create followups it often leaves one of these out and it has to be added after the fact which is just a little bit annoying.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are going to use the free product, make sure that you really don't need the other features and/or that you are able to integrate the products you will be using to fill the gaps with HubSpot.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helps me keep track of deals and contacts. It also helps me log all of my activities with prospects/opportunities.

"Tools that support a sales and marketing alignment "

What do you like best?

The tools cut down on the workload of a sles rep - reduces data entry and allows for deeper sales/marketing alignment as it allows marketing to provide pre-made libraries of emails, presentations and more. It allows marketing to track what sales tools (emails, slide decks, etc) are most successful with hard data - FINALLY!!!!!

What do you dislike?

Sales adoption was a little tough - it's a different type of CRM than traditional sales is used to so there has to be a lot of upper management and lead sales buy in to roll it out.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Spend the time on training and getting the team to buy-in - this went a long way in getting people onboard.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Great experience. Highly Recommend this awesome tool for smart sales and marketers!"

What do you like best?

I like everything about it as it is constantly improving and makes real-time knowledge a great tool for sales efficiency. If you have any question, I frankly believe HubSpot has the largest resources of knowledge of any technology company I have worked with in my 30-year history. Just google search the question and add HubSpot and you got what you need.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as of yet. I know it's weird to find something we can like all of. But it really is easy to use and because of its integration with HubSpot marketing which we also use it really makes things work well and efficiently.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try it. It's free and you can upgrade to Pro if you use HubSpot and that unlocks a lot of other great features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Linking to sales and marketing efforts with tech tools that are logical and easy to use. Saves me so much time and our team in being fast and on point with our targeting efforts. Timing is everything and knowledge is power this tool helps with both.

"We Missed Out On So Much Money Being Cheap"

What do you like best?

Updates. HubSpot reminds me so much of the Google applications. Not just in its ease of use but the consistent updates. One day I think, "you know what? HubSpot should add this'. The next week, it's added. It's almost like you all are reading my mind.

What do you dislike?

The appointment feature could be more customizable. We're having issue evenly distributing new leads to our sales reps. I'd also love to send emails to specific groups at once rather than emailing each individually. Lastly, I'd like to see an an option added that tracks the number of consecutive missed call/left a voicemail. This would help us identify who is wasting our time while in the PHONE ZONE.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is well worth the investment. HubSpot seems to be committed to growth & development. If you and your company are also operating with this mindset, why not partner with HubSpot to deliver excellent service.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

MANY. Scheduling appointments, tracking follow up tasks/notes. The email tracking has even increased our conversion rate. Again, MANY. Our number of closed clients has doubled while the headaches have almost disappeared. The money is in the follow up. Being able to hold clients and employees accountable have increased our level of service. Every action or non-action is not recorded.

What do you like best?

Heavy user of email sequences. They increase productivity and enable you to follow up with prospects on a timely manner. Deal and task tracking and assignment is also good. So are the dashboards.

The version that was available almost 2 years ago was a lot better then the current one. Each upgrade has introduced unnecessary clicks to perform a function. Why does one have to click a selection box that has only one item to choose from? Click Actions to select Edit when there is ONLY edit to select? Really? The last 1.5 years of upgrades have increased the number of mouse clicks by at least 40% and they are completely unnecessary clicks. For a daily and heavy user this is very annoying and completely unacceptable.

Also - slowly the service is becoming a billboard trying to sell you more services. Reminds me of Intuit and QuickBooks. Selling is OK. I sell for a living but please don't clutter my pages with things I don't need.

Also, please don't pop up "Did you know how to?" boxes EVERY SINGLE TIME and give me no option to disable and all I have to do is use my mouse more EVERY TIME as if I', playing minesweeper! I am not dumb. I get it when prompted once! That's enough.

"It's nice to know what was previously unknown"

What do you like best?

I like knowing when clients open my emails, especially when they either continuously open a message that was recently sent, or when an older email beings to get opened again. Either way, I'm clearly on their mind at that time for some reason or another.

What do you dislike?

I'm always worried that my emails are getting caught by spam filters. I have confirmed this has been the case from time to time, but there's no way to know it up front. I've also had numerous technical issues with the service to the point that my corporate IT department is no longer supporting. I'm just hoping they change their policy on that in the near future.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Unless your company is providing it to you directly, it's unlikely that HubSpot's customer service will truly do anything to support your needs. They are only willing to work directly with subscribers, but when IT issues arise, Corporate IT departments need to be involved. Unfortunately, in my experience, HubSpot is unwilling to work with my Corporate IT department.

I started using HubSpot back when it was still called Signals, and I only use it for the one feature that got them started. I subscribed for $10 per month, and I'm grandfathered in. I've heard their pricing has jumped significantly since they've added so many additional features into their service, however, since my company provides access to other tools like Salesforce.com, I would be unwilling to spend any more than $10 for this email tracking feature.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I only use it as a signal for when people are receiving/opening my emails.

"Fantastic tool for Real Estate sales"

What do you like best?

I can track a potential buyers interest in a property by viewing the number of times they open an email I've sent containing a brochure or contract or other information. It is also helpful when dealing with other professionals involved in the sales process who we are reliant on achieving a timely sale.

What do you dislike?

When I send emails to multiple people i cannot see who has opened - only that someone has opened the email.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use it, you'd be crazy not to

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to see in real time when someone is signalling interest in a property (by viewing information previously provided via email) and can follow up immediately with another point of contact.

I can also see when a broker or solicitor has (or has not) opened an email and I can hold them to account when needed. Being able to contact colleagues when they have opened an email so we can discuss the contents is very helpful - especially when we can be 500km apart as well as in and out of phone service.

"Good But Not Great"

What do you like best?

Notifications when an e-mail is being opened by one of my prospects.

Google Chrome and Outlook plugin allows for pop-up notifications.

BCC function tracks new email prospects and adds them to CRM.

Dashboard is adjustable, I can search contacts in a variety of ways.

What do you dislike?

The IN-ability to mass email prospects with my templates. My verticals are pretty set and my template emails are dialed in, but having to send that same email to over 400 prospects per vertical is a complete waste of time. I was also told that if I paid the $50/month I would be able to do that, but that was lie, and for what I could see, the only thing I get that is worth anything by paying is the unlimited templates, but that is not worth $50/month alone if I cannot mass email those templates.

Not notified when MAJOR changes happen to SaaS solution. My email was kicked off and I had to reintegrate everything through my gmail account, when I did not have to do that before was a real pain.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Better pipeline productivity reporting and tracking.

"Great for the solopreneur"

What do you like best?

I like that Hubspot has so many resources available. Aside from that, training is available so I best learn to utilize the systems. As soon as establish myself and my business model is brining in sufficient income, I plan to take advantage of the integrations available as well.

What do you dislike?

At this point, nothing. I would, however, would like a bit more access to some items, such as more templates, before I pay for the service.

The marketing section is a bit confusing at this point but I'm sure there will be more training available. If not, I'm sure I can find it online.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Just jump in. Training should be available and the systems are relatively intuitive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Hubspot sales has helped me with staying on top of my pipeline and organizing my day to day workflow. I can now prioritize my day better and stay efficient.

"HubSpot Sales is for Sales Superstars!"

What do you like best?

Small and Medium-sized business that are doing many functions manually or with a free version of other software will find quite a few features that will help take their sales functions to the next level. Even larger companies with several employees will find the ability to define user functions and segment business opportunities extremely helpful. Some features I like the best are: Customizable Templates, Detailed and fully customizable reporting and Streamlined funnel flows. Full integration with the Marketing, Sales and CRM platforms makes it a win overall for any business.

What do you dislike?

For the most part the system is wonderful. There are a few things that would make it even better. Things like even further customization of the sales funnels with ease to tie everything back to a specific persona. Sometimes, contact views can get a little complicated, maybe a way to segment the view by a user group would help simplify and would be nice. Also a way to create "suggested views" that a user can choose from created by an admin to help new users get setup would reduce some initial friction and down-time for users when they first are starting to utilize the HubSpot Sales system. But mostly those are nice-to-haves, the system itself works just great.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is worth trying out, and if you utilize any of HubSpot's other systems, it is fully integrated from the get-go and setup is a breeze.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

HubSpot Sales is a key ingredient in the company's success by helping to create a streamlined process. Whether it is giving the team the tools they need to be able to close new business or the resources to continually up sell to current clients HubSpot Sales is an integral part of my company's full growth stack. I couldn't imagine doing business in sales or marketing, or in any way without the use of all of HubSpot's tools. From the Sales System to the Marketing Platform and even including the integrated CRM, it is a trifecta of awesomeness that no business should be without.

"Wonderful desktop user experience - eagerly awaiting the same for Android devices"

What do you like best?

HubSpot is intuitive and spot on. The training costs were quite minimal. The Dashboards rock ! The UI / UX is exceptional.

What do you dislike?

For the sales team, mobile enabled apps are key. The Android version lacks many of the features and has been in the making for quite some time now.

The ability to restrict data access across different teams should be improved. We are unable to onboard some team members as the access restrictions are based on owners. Access restrictions based on other dimensions (Group of deals, pipeline, product category) will be make the platform a killer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

An excellent platform for sales teams. HubSpot team has managed to continuously improve the platform and add quite a number of features within the last 6 months. We dont have any hesitation recommending this platform to people who are evaluating the system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been using the platform across the sales organization for over 6 months now.

Business problem that it is solving:

1. 360 degree view of sales - from the deal level all the way to activity level. Better planning and better reviews.

2. There is full visibility to the engineering teams on the sales pipeline and velocity / momentum. Helps in better resource planning.

Benefits realized:

Better traction on deals. Reduced effort in reporting and better use of the available data for decision making.

"Hubspot for Sales and its ease of use"

What do you like best?

The ease of customizing the properties, pipelines, team, roles everything is just great

What do you dislike?

1. Some of the default properties doesn't make sense to our business. So we would like to remove them. But that is not possible.

2. Another thing is, in the board view, we would like to display the key properties we want to have. Today the name and the close date is something which is fixed. No handle is given to change those parameters.

3. Default dashboard shows the deal size in terms of the deal value. But our business has a different numbers for our sales. Deal size could be some number but we get only a % of it. We would like to see that number as revenue.

4. Mail tracking throws up multiple alerts based on the different subjects in the mail chain. Expectation is to show only one alert. The latest subject should be considered.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do try Hubspot Sales. You can set up the whole sales cycle and pipelines very easily

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Hubspot sales to manage our Leads and the different pipelines. We were productive from day 1. No formal training was needed. I could set up almost everything at ease. The app is also so easy which will help us to track the sales and all.

2. Email tracking is made easy.

3. Scheduling the follow ups, tasks and all are very easy. Can be better.

"Hubspot is an excellent and intuitive CRM sales tool!"

What do you like best?

One of the most useful features for our company has been the "Prospects" sales tool that allows us to see what companies have been visiting our website.

The Reporting add-on has been excellent is helping us understand conversions and timeline planning.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much to complain about! If I had to come up with something, I would like to see the ability to customize or color cards (like in Trello) on the Deals board or pipeline. However, there is a way to filter by creating custom deal fields, so this is basically an alternate way to achieve the same result!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved a number of business problems with HubSpot Sales. As a start-up we were able to utilize the free CRM tool while we were getting off the ground and managing costs. We quickly evolved from using spreadsheets to having our sales information in an easy-to-use, aesthetically appealing environment with HubSpot.

We have benefitted from the tracking functionality that allows you to see if/when prospects have opened your emails. The reporting has also given us a great feel for our pipeline and where there might be pain points in our sales process.

"Enables our team to work smarter"

What do you like best?

The connection between marketing and sales tool allows a more seamless relationship with marketing. This helps our sales team work smarter. The marketing tools lead to more automated lead nurturing when needed, more qualified leads, and hand-offs to sales that have more information.

What do you dislike?

There are a LOT of tools available, but sometimes they don't all work perfectly or fit together. For example, they introduced task queues, but that feature isn't connected to workflows, which would make the new feature really helpful.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Managing our pipeline is effortless and integrated.

- Collect data on our pipeline and sales process

- Handoff leads from marketing to sales

- Share resources like templates, presentations, and sequences

- Integrate with other tools (data enrichment, contract signing, etc.)

"Helped me reach 100% close rate in first 60 days"

What do you like best?

Once you go through the training process, inputting your information and seeing how your contacts interact with your website is incredibly valuable. And when you need to make a sale and make it quickly, Hubspot Sales helps you narrow down the highest value targets you should be focusing on.

What do you dislike?

The cost of the marketing portion of Hubspot. Would be so fantastic if there was a more affordable plan to integrate what I'm doing on the marketing side of things and how it correlates to earning revenue.

Also, it would be great if I could integrate my accounting software or business expenses right into Hubspot to see my true revenue each month and what I need to hit in the coming months.

And while I'm making requests, would be great if Hubspot could also integrate with other project management tools like daPulse. Then my entire sales --> marketing --> client projects --> business goals can be visualized and automated as much as possible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've recently started my own media company and working more than I ever thought I would. But I absolutely love it and Hubspot helps me keep better track of my customers so I'm working smarter, not harder.

"I Did What Exactly Before Hubspot Sales?"

What do you like best?

Definitely the email tracking and link opening features are my favorite. I shared this with a client or literally referred to as a "drug". He said it is incredibly addicting. I agree!

What do you dislike?

I have racked my brain attempting something I do not like about Hubspot and the truth is...nothing. There is nothing. No Thing.

Recommendations to others considering the product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I never have to guess whether or not someone has received my email. In business, this is paramount for optimizing my time and performance as well as my clients. My days are more productive because I am not checking emails and spam to see if their response is back yet and wondering. I also know when to properly respond. Example: If I have delivered an email with a proposal attached and the prospective client has just opened up the email, I can give them the time to digest the materials.

"Simple yet Powerful Sales CRM"

What do you like best?

For a free edition the ability to easily keep up with my accounts and contacts, and define a simple sales process to track deals is awesome. I love the built in email tracking capability and the power to do basic email marketing an individual sales guy needs to do. the ToDo functionality is simple and powerful. Much better that what I have seen in other CRMs.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a search for a new contact when viewing an existing one. It seems that you have to go back to the list. To be really picky, I wish there was an auto format for phone numbers so that you did not have to always be formatting them for consistency.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give the free version a try for your sales team. Be sure to set up a couple of templates for prospecting so they use the built in email capabilities.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been able to organize my sales activities in one place and share it with others who want to understand how things in the territory are progressing. In addition, it makes it easy for me to manage my daily tasks with the ToDo capability.

"Hubspot Sales - Pretty Spot On for Sales Needs"

What do you like best?

I like that there are templates and deal tabs from the drop down. I also think the new interface with deals and tasks - documents and meetings has been a large help to sort through the potential sales bottleneck clutter.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it is hard to work around built in features. I do think that showing items that are locked can be frustrating as you have to up-sell to decision maker to use other tools. I get it but still a bit disappointing.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It has made a lot of changes since last year and I think the interface and easier integration and non daily use eases have been a tremendous help for people that have not checked them out recently.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Sales Pro - The Salesperson's Secret Weapon"

What do you like best?

How powerful would it be to know when your prospects have viewed a particular page of your website, or better yet opened that email where you shared literature or a proposal? Well with Sales Pro you can get into the mind of your prospects and see what they are looking at. Imagine, picking up the phone and calling your prospect at the exact moment he has opened your email with a proposal. You are contacting him when he is thinking about you. Imagine knowing when he/she has shared the information with a colleague.

Imagine no more with Sales Pro it is possible!

What do you dislike?

The record a call feature has its limitations. When you are placing a call to a state where it requires mutual consent the feature will not work.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is one of those sales tools that once you have tried it, you cannot imagine every doing without. It gives you a competitive advantage.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows a business to know which clients are truly interested in the email you sent. I have found our sales has increased dramatically just by knowing when to call a client. There is no better time to reach out to someone than when they are thinking about your offer. When I see that a prospect has opened that special email, I "just" happen to call them and see if they have any questions. I am often greeted with, "You won't believe it, I was just looking a your proposal".

"Absolutely love Hubspot"

What do you like best?

I love the task feature - just allows me to put my head down and get things done.

What do you dislike?

Other than the e-mail signature not looking that great. I honestly don't have any other complaints, everything I've struggled with thus far has been user error. Not Hubspot's fault I didn't upload my contacts by city and state.. sigh.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They are constantly improving an already awesome platform. I personally couldnt be happier with hubspot. I initially thought that it was great until we could afford to move on, but it's not something we will grow out of at all.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm logging things at a much more efficient rate, when I make a call, I do it from the contact page and I don't have to worry about going back and re-logging it. When I send an e-mail it is done right though the site.

"Very good for Hubspot integration and Monitoring but some elements could be better"

What do you like best?

The dialing feature is great in the way it enables you to make notes directly into Hubspot and transfer these notes automatically to SF or any other CRM. The email addon is great for gmail as it allows you to monitor open rates and responses and the attachment feature is fantastic for sending presentations as you can monitor what pages have been viewed and for how long.

What do you dislike?

Difficult to setup a calling or messaging schedule or mass messaging without integrating the marketing features of Hubspot as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are solely using Hubspot as your entire CRM then Hubspot Sales is fantastic to have for overall monitoring between marketing and sales teams but there are better Sales automation software that may be a better fit.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"I use Hubspot for email tracking...and it's great!"

What do you like best?

The email tracking or Sidekick feature is what I use exclusively and I use it through both MS Outlook and my personal GMail account.

What do you dislike?

Not much other than sometimes the information I receive is not specific, such as "Someone" in "XYZ, State" viewed your email. In other words, you don't "always" get a name.

It is an excellent tool for sales people, marketing or even recruiters to help them understand who is viewing their emails and marketing efforts.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Easy to get started"

What do you like best?

It was so easy to get started with HubSpot. I was up and running within minutes, and after a few days was able to easily customize my views with filters.

What do you dislike?

That I have to click 'Save' when I make a change to a record.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I'm not sure how it scales, but for a small business it's an incredible tool. I've been able to manage my business easily and access my information from anywhere.

It's also a great interface to work with. The design and flow is simple and intuitive, and nice to look at.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Does a good job with a nice clean interface. Reports and charts are good."

What do you like best?

The Value. The software does the job at a very reasonable price. There are a few other collaborative database sales software platforms with better reporting features, but none quite as simple and economical as HubSpot.

What do you dislike?

The integration aspect is kind of weak. I would like to have more options to link the data in here with other systems that I use.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's a good stepping stone before hitting up the big sales force. Hubtspot is good value for its price and honestly I think we will be using it for awhile until we grow out of it. We also use it's marketing side to track our lead gen and our marketing team uses HubSpot to drive leads into our sales pipeline. I've messaged the HubSpot support before to get items fixed for me and they were very responsive and quick to repair the item. Support wise, I would give them a 10/10. It's always a good benefit to have actual good support on the other side. They did bill us seperately for Marketing and Sales side, which I wishe they could consolidate together, but it is not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sales pipeline and organization of our deals. The benefits are collaboration aspect and how it pulls details from our emails so nothing gets missed. The platform is great for a central database to hold all our sales deals. All the AEs are on it without any complaints.

"Hubspot Sales makes me money!"

What do you like best?

Hubspot Sales gives me tools that keeps me from letting new sales opportunities fall through the cracks. It also gives me many time saving tools that make the management of my pipeline efficient and quick.

What do you dislike?

The tool is a vast improvement over what I was using before. The only think I dislike is that while there is a great integration with Google mail, the tracking in the CRM doesn't work if you have multiple recipients.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try the free CRM and tools and then consider how often you're re-writing emails over and over again, trying to coordinate and schedule calls and meetings with prospects, or dropping the ball on opportunities.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used to drop the ball on inquiries, or on follow up calls. The sequences tool let me "set it and forget it" when it comes to following up on prospects. The meeting tool lets my prospects select a time that works best for them to speak and helps avoid the back and forth in finding a convenient time.

"The CRM for everyone!"

What do you like best?

Having individual contact profiles makes it easy to keep track of where I am with each contact without having to keep a running list of notes on several notebooks, along with the reminder emails to keep me on top of my follow-ups.

What do you dislike?

In order to have a fully customizable form, you need the paid version. I understand the reasoning, but it is quite expensive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"HubSpot sales is an efficient tool helping us realize backlogged revenue. "

What do you like best?

I like having the ability to organize and segment lists of contacts for different purposes. We deal with a number of different business units, so being able to keep those separated has made a world of a difference for our day-to-day operations.

What do you dislike?

I dislike not getting notified when a contact has gone through a sequence but been unresponsive. Sometimes it's easy to forget to check after the sequence has ended whether or not the contact engaged. While assigning tasks is a temporary workaround to this minor issue, I'd like to see this capability developed into the product in the future. I think it would be very beneficial in keeping users happy!

Recommendations to others considering the product

Easy to implement and manage, will likely improve your operations even more than you can imagine!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using it to get users connected to our system more efficiently and a lot quicker than we were before. We've realized significant revenue that had previously been backlogged. We're also able to educate our users and customers alike much better than we were before. Instead of one-on-one training sessions, we're able to house and distribute resources to provide users and customers with more of a self-service approach to learning our system.

"CRM first solution for a new business"

What do you like best?

For a free solution it is much more than what I was expecting. For sure, the tracking capabilites are just awesome. Quite visual and friendy user, 10/10 in terms of look&feel. It keeps getting better trought each update.

What do you dislike?

I cant send email to several clients at the same time and if I do so trough gmail I am not able to keep the tracking. The mobile app still has a huge enhancement potential. I have no doubt they will cope with these issues pretty soon.

"Excellent service and perfect alternative for larger, more expensive CRM's"

What do you like best?

I like how I can manage a very large volume of clients and prospects even though our company is small. HubSpot helps me manage everything I need to seamlessly and accurately, with little time required. When traveling, I can quickly access a client or prospect in the app to get any details I may need. This is extremely valuable, especially for contact information and e-mail reviewing.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing I dislike about HubSpot worth noting other than the e-mail integration with Outlook. It goes to inactive after I reboot the computer, which after troubleshooting, isn't an issue on our end. The mobile app notification feature could be improved, but since i use the free version, I truly can't complain about anything.

"HubSpot Sales has helped our start-up keeping track of leads effectively"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that Hubspot Sales is easy to set-up and easy to use. It comes out of the box with many interesting options for free. This is quite important when bootstrapping your startup. You don't need a big investment to set-up your efficient CRM system with Hubspot Sales.

What do you dislike?

I would like the Mobile App to be better integrated. I use Hubspot Sales mainly to store all my new leads and to track at which stage they are in the Sales Funnel. I would like to have the contacts integrated with my phone contacts via the Mobile app. Unfortunately this is not the case. I need to go specifically to the Mobile app and I cannot merge them with my existing phone contacts.

Also I would like to have a better mailing integration with Mac OS X.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is a great tool to track your contacts, leads and Sales Funnel. Also it is easy to set-up and use.

Very good for novices and small organizations.

The downsides are the Mobile app, which doesn't not seemlessly integrate your Hubspot Contacts with your Phone contacts.

Also if you are using a Mac, you won't be able to use the email integration feature.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a young start-up and are bootsrapping. We need to keep track of our leads, follow-up on them and push towards a sale, all this without spending too much money. Hubspot Sales allows us to do exactly this. The setup is easy, uncomplicated and not expensive. So is the use of the tool.

"I thought this was my little secret!"

What do you like best?

The amazing thing is being able to see when and who opened your emails. It cuts down on a lot of time from just guessing if the customer, or whomever, has seen your communication. It even tells you how many times the email has been viewed. I echo the thoughts of people who have this as their favourite aspect of Hubspot

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything I don't like. You are able to log in and see exactly what's been going on with your emails. The only thing is that sometimes I can't access directly from my Gmail.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Knowing when and who has opened and viewed the emails helps tremendously! I can then follow-up knowing that the email has at least been viewed.

"A simpler version of SalesForce with all the essentials"

What do you like best?

HubSpot Sales is the epitome of efficient and user-friendly for a sales software. Stack this with the marketing automation and their COS website platform, you have the perfect recipe for your business to thrive online.

What do you dislike?

Possibly the only gripe I have is the font/styling in the CRM can be wonky. When you type up an email in the CRM it looks one way, but if you view it after you've sent it, it appears broken with spacing issues. The good news is I've inquired with prospects receiving the emails and they come through fine.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A multitude of things. The biggest probably being able to stay on top of every sales-qualifying activity a visitor or prospect makes and responding to it proactively. It's impossible for your engagement not to spike using this software.

"HubSpot Sales is a good start at something with a lot of potential"

What do you like best?

The concept is great! Though we haven't entirely implemented it (mainly because of having SalesForce), I have to admit that I really like the interface and some of the features. In particular, being able to track website activity under prospects, being able to toggle back and forth from my Marketing Dashboard to the Sales module, the option to add the "Meetings Pro" module, as well as create task. I've taken the Hubspot Sales course and believe that it is superb - high quality information provided by Sales Veterans in an easy to understand, example based learning environment.

What do you dislike?

It appears to be attempting to compete with the likes of SalesForce as a CRM, but really falls short of that. I think that it just might be there in a few years. I also wish that it would provide more data on anonymous visitors to the site - that would be incredible.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give it a year to mature - I think it will be great!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

More Leads - Hubspot has been invaluable in nurturing leads but this "newish" feature of Hubspot Sales is shaping up to provide the missing data that can help us to obtain more leads.

"Almost there!"

What do you like best?

Love that you can use it for free to see if it's a good fit before adding more functionality with the pay version. Major changes happen often as the company sees opportunities to streamline how the product works. Price point is great for the services received.

What do you dislike?

The common changes often mean that we log on each day and have to figure out how to do things we knew how to do yesterday.

The sales team & product education teams need to work better together. Communication was confusing and haphazard as we were learning about the new products we hoped to sign up for.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try the free version and work with the Hubspot team to learn more about what comes with the paid Sales upgrade. You'll like it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Hubspot helps us keep tabs on every single customer we have, making it easy to track every detail from start to finish. In the past, this was a problem for our tiny company.

"Simply to use"

What do you like best?

I really appreciated that the CRM is free and that is integrated with sidekick (now simply hubspot sales). The set up process is really quick and simple and actually is far the best tool on the market if you are looking for a complete suite that also offer all the core feature for free.

What do you dislike?

I hate that I have to log in every time because it doesn’t remember that I’m always me. I would also be useful to have and hubspot plugin available on other browser different then just chrome, I would like to have it on Safari but actually it’s not possibile.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It depends on our needs, if you are a small business it’s probably the best tool you can find on the market. Through hubspot sales you will have all the features a small business can needs, and you will pay only if you really need something more. If you just need something basic you will pay nothing forever. It’s simply great.

if you are a big company probably you will need something more specific and customizable.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Hubspot sales is absolutely useful to monitor all the conversations with your customers, instead just browsing on your email client. Indeed it really useful to monitor the status of the different deals. What I really love more then anything else is the possibility to track emails, this feature it’s not yet perfect but it’s incredibly useful.

"Excellent mail tracking utility"

What do you like best?

The mail tracking feature. It has notifications which tell you when someone opened an email you sent.

What do you dislike?

It has a bug (i think it is unavoidable) that shows you a notification when YOU open the mail. So sometimes it's annoying to having it showing notifications each time you open it. Besides, sometimes (depending on the receiver) it cannot track properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You should definitely try it. I have been using it for years now, since it was sidekick and I am very pleased. It helped me in several opportunities.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Many times receiver claim not receiving your emails and you can asure through hubspot sales that they did, an effectively they opened it. I work in research and it has helped me to deal with deadlines when I have to interact with colleagues.

"Love"

What do you like best?

Hubspot sales is super user-friendly. I’m not great at technology by any means, but HS’s functionality is pretty darn great. They’re constantly churning out updates and new features too. I love tracking data with properties, creating email templates/sequences, task list, meeting scheduling tool, etc.

What do you dislike?

Gets expensive with all the add-ons. Reporting could be better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely check it out. While HubSpot started as a marketing software, its sales tools are great and getting better. HubSpot has helped us automate a ton of marketing and sales communication and processes. HubSpot has helped our Sales and Marketing departments align on goals and strategy. I haven't used another CRM, but I've trained Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics users on HubSpot Sales and they love it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before hubspot sales we had a crappy spreadsheet to keep track of leads, all communication was manual, and scheduling meetings was a lengthy back-and-forth. Hubspot helps us manage contacts, automate marketing and sales followup, and schedule meetings with ease. Time saved! Relationships built & maintained!

"Great Basic SASS Sales CRM"

What do you like best?

This is a great basic CRM. I like how you can easily get a high level view of your org's sales pipeline. It is also very easy to move each client between stages.

What do you dislike?

I don't like how you have to setup a company first in the CRM and then setup the person. I would have just liked to setup the person and then the company automatically get generated by the email ID. Also you have to attach a $ amount to each opportunity even though it is too early to determine an amount.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking for a basic CRM for a small business, definitely take a look at HubSpot

"The leg up a HubSpot customer needs for the sales team"

What do you like best?

The ability to organize every step of the sales process as well as document each interaction with a prospect has never been easier. We haven't found another tool that helps us track our sales process in such an easy and efficient manner. Our sales group loved the tool from the start because of the ease of use and integration with our marketing efforts (done through HubSpot). My favorite part of the tool is the email tracking.

What do you dislike?

As with any newer feature, there are few glitches here and there which can be frustrating. In our experience, however, HubSpot is very response to feedback and genuinely listens when a bug or suggestion is given. There can be some delay in desktop notifications on email opens and website visits for some reason that I haven't been able to figure out. Some of these issues are browser related, and others may be the volume of notifications I'm receiving.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There is no risk in a free version of the tool. If it isn't a fit its an easy uninstall.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to identify the holes in our sales process as well as the areas of drop off so that our sales team is more aware of these areas and marketing can help develop content to supplement. Additionally, we've had troubles getting our sales team to actually use a CRM since everything we've had previously has been so complex. With HubSpot sales, it provides the value they need to actually use the CRM.

"Well designed and practical alternative to Salesforce"

What do you like best?

Incorporates a simple way to check for duplicate accounts, contacts, etc. automatically.

Very easy to expand/collapse the contacts/conversations in the thread. Salesforce struggles with this.

What do you dislike?

I haven't figured this out yet, perhaps there is a way...sometimes you want to associate a contact with two separate accounts. For example, a third-party recruiter that works as a vendor for a growing tech firm that needs to outsource some of their HR functions. The recruiter is associated with their respective recruiting firm yet they need to be associated with the tech firm as well since they represent a decision-maker/stakeholder in the buying decision.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am testing HubSpot Sales as a great tool during a career search. It parallels many things in a sales process. Easy to read the respective conversation thread with the contacts.

"Excellent power-up for sales reps"

What do you like best?

Great email open and click tracking

Easy to use interface via Chrome extension

Seamless integration into Gmail or Outlook

Can use Sequence functionality for email cadence automation

What do you dislike?

Somewhat expensive for the 1-seat user license

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make your basic sales tools free to individual sales people, once you get people using it they will bubble it up to the Sales Ops leaders in their org. Many reps having to pay for it themselves while making the case to the organization would find the pricing restrictive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helps marketing and sales reps understand which accounts are engaged

Can be very helpful for creating call cadences based on which accounts will likely move down the funnel

It's like having a cheat sheet for your calls. If you know someone opened your deliverable, you are better equipped to have a productive call with your prospect

"Almost perfect"

What do you like best?

The thing I enjoy most about Hubspot is the easy-to-navigate layout which allows you to keep track of every single action taken (emails, phone calls, etc.) in addition to integrated email sequencing that sets the trend of how you can follow up on 5 star leads. I would recommend this CRM to any business or professional looking to increase sales and reach a larger audience.

What do you dislike?

From a sales consultant POV I'm disappointed with the CRM's inability to mask calls with local phone numbers to bypass the "Gate Keepers" . If your skills are above par then you need not worry. :-)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've found that being able to track calls and emails have assisted in being able to follow-up with a much stronger approach in engaging the potential client.

"Dope Sales CRM "

What do you like best?

Ease of navigation. The dashboard feature is fairly customizable and the search function is on point. I would have zero idea (or some very concerning looking whiteboard) of what my pipeline looked like if it weren't for HubSpot. It's intuitive.

What do you dislike?

I can't always figure out the filtering systems -- it's such a massive amount of data to manage it can be difficult to know how best to filter and what features are available to me. Like most tech I feel like I only use a portion of what's offered and included.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do all the HubSpot certificates and subscribe to the blog. Take advantage of all of their resources. Do micro training sessions with your teams and become as proficient as possible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Pipeline management

- Lead engagement and nurturing

- Effective sales management

"Perfect CRM for Freelancers and Independent Sales Brokers"

What do you like best?

The CRM is intuitive and I like the task manager. The HubSpot team consistently adds value in their new updates. I use Gmail and Google for work, and this platform connects with Google seamlessly. I've worked on other bigger systems like Salesforce, and this platform is much easier to grasp.

What do you dislike?

Reporting should be part of the deal. As a small business sales agency, I cannot afford to pay $200 for added metrics. It would be helpful to have for say $10/more per month per user. It's by far the most frustrating piece of HubSpot Sales.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest business problems this solves are sales drip campaigns, managing leads, managing sales cycles, and scheduling more meetings. I'm much more organized when using this system than other tools.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

If you are using another prospecting tool to collect email address or phone numbers, make sure it integrates with HubSpot.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"New HubSpot User"

What do you like best?

Ease of use is critical for new users and HubSpot definitely delivers on that front. I found I could use 90% of the functionality within a week. I think the Academy is awesome as well. Being able to switch from Marketing to Sales is also really neat from an Admin standpoint.

What do you dislike?

The dashboards aren't the greatest - more flexibility to manage and view would be appreciated. I also think a better job could be done with company-to-contact-to-deal association. The ability to assign a role to a contact in a deal would also be appreciated. More functionality on the apps would be better as well. Having said that, these are minor improvements.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For smaller/mid-size companies looking for a easy-to-use, feature-rich and cost-effective InBound CRM solution, nothing is better than HubSpot.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Streamline Your Sales Process"

What do you like best?

The sales tools that HubSpot has created allows you to streamline your sales process and automate so many tasks. This software can be utilized by small teams or large organizations and tailored to meet your individual needs. I love that we can assign tasks and create workflows.

What do you dislike?

The sales tools are simple to use, I don't have many areas to dock the software. You have to think through the sales process and how you company will manage potential buyers, if you do some legwork and implement that plan, this tool will help you accomplish so much more than you ever would have been able to.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This tool will help you reach the next level in your sales process. So much so that you need to come up with a plan on how to manage the volume of leads and potential customers. If you take some time implementing this software and planning out workflows, you will reap the rewards.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"HubSpot is a great tool for all sales needs!"

What do you like best?

I love that they have a ton of resources for sales and marketing. It's definitely important to incorporate them both into business, and they do a great job at showing you why and how. Also, most of their tools are free to use, and if they aren't free, they usually have a free trial period.

What do you dislike?

All of their best tools do cost (such as the HubSpot Marketing) and the cost is a little crazy. Also, some stuff that they offer/advertise with free tools do cost, but they will help you find a way to utilize their tools with other software that have a lower cost.

Recommendations to others considering the product

HubSpot Sales is great for basic use of emails, great for having a CRM and for having all of the information you need for sales in one spot. The downside is that it is not made for mass email marketing, such as a monthly newsletter, but they make such great points with sending valuable emails instead of just crap. So, it is a great tool for basic marketing needs, but not for a person or team that is focused mainly on marketing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For my business, I am generating leads, prospecting future clients and sending them information and emails. HubSpot is great for all of this and then some. They have tools for generating leads, creating emails and sequences and knowing who your best prospects are. HubSpot is great for someone like me who uses Chrome and Google Apps.

What do you dislike?

HubSpot Sales offers amazing features that work extremely well with their awesome (and FREE!) CRM that really provide value to businesses of all sizes. What do you dislike?

"Need a Better Package Variety!"

What do you like best?

I specifically the email tracking. For me, that is helpful in growing my business but sales isn't my thing so the other features aren't helpful. I've been able to utilize the tracking feature but nothing else is helpful to me, at this time.

I do find that being notified when my emails are opened has helped me to be able to know when to respond again or follow up with a client. I do not work in sales in the conventional sense however, so the other features aren't as valuable to me.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that I cannot just purchase a package which will let me have unlimited emails tracked. I found out about this software through my boss who has used Sidekick for years and who pays $10/mo for it. This option is no longer available and there is just no way the tracking alone is worth $50/mo to me. No way. So HubSpot loses what they could have by making people buy into things they don't need or want. I did contact their support team

Recommendations to others considering the product

It has a great email tracking feature if you simply wish to know if your emails are being read but there are a lot of features that are not helpful to me or my position which I am being asked to pay for if I were to upgrade past the trial software.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As stated earlier, I only use the email tracking feature however, that feature specifically is very useful to me. I sometimes need to know when to be able to respond or follow up with a client but that feature is literally the only thing I need.

"Good for smaller businesses"

What do you like best?

Inexpensive, fairly easy to use, good support

What do you dislike?

Interface is kludgy, hard to read when it's grey on white, could be better-designed

Recommendations to others considering the product

We started out with the free version & in a few months upgrades to the Sales version. The free version is a good start for smaller businesses & startups that can't afford and probably don't yet need something as sophisticated as Salesforce or Netsuite. I find the interface to be a bit 'scattered-looking', you have to click a lot here and there just to find a phone number or see a note, and I find it annoying that there's no phone field on the account record, only on the contact records, so in the account record I stick it in About Us.

Support is pretty good about getting back to you. Hubspot Academy is useful, their blog posts on sales & marketing & website design & email campaigns are AWESOME, and their Knowledge Base very often has the right answer too.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"HubSpot Sales - A more efficient way to prospect clients"

What do you like best?

The tool itself is extremely easy to use. It was swiftly adopted by our sales team and we are getting more information input into the CRM than ever before (and no Sales team complaints about doing it)!

What do you dislike?

The reporting is OK but could use some enhancements surrounding the fields you can pivot on.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you have heavy reporting needs, HubSpot Sales might not be for you. However, when we migrated, we took a real look at what we actually needed to report on and found out that it was more than sufficient for our needs even thought we had been reporting on a lot more in Salesforce CRM.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used to use Salesforce and the sales team hated it. The interface was clunky, slow and took way too many steps to do anything. With HubSpot sales, that is a thing of the past. The team enters their data, schedules their meetings, and closes deals faster and with more transparency than ever.

"A great tool for tracking e-mail follow up and more..."

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the fact that when you send an e-mail, you can track it, know when it has been opened, how frequently it has been viewed, and when it might not be getting looked at at all. I like that it is fairly easy to add new companies and track email to those companies without a lot of technical know-how.

What do you dislike?

It would be helpful if there was a way to discern which recipient opened your email when sending to multiple people in the same e-mail. Also, I would like to track contact names and companies together since most companies I connect with do not have multiple users.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use it - it's awesome! I've used SalesForce andthis is far better and ridiculously affordable in comparison.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For a free software, it's incredibly helpful to keep all of your contacts in a single program, track your communication and conversations, and gain insights into the people you send info to. Whether you are job hunting or selling a product or service, I can see where this software is invaluable.

"Not the best option for B2B, data driven sales organizations "

What do you like best?

Hubspot Sales is free, which is really helpful to smaller companies or sales organizations just starting out. I like their pipeline layout, it is a visual pinboard style that makes it easy to see which deals are at certain points in the pipeline. The timeline view on contacts/ accounts makes it easy to see what happened most recently, but after time (we had it for about a year), it was nearly impossible to scroll back and see the activity that actually mattered.

What do you dislike?

Searching for leads/ accounts is very difficult. Overall, the software is hard to navigate. The biggest challenge my company had was pulling data and reports. We had no idea how many calls were being made, meetings were being had, or what happened with certain accounts. It was a disheveled mess and made it hard for us to make accurate pipeline predictions. As a company that is very data driven, we had to leave Hubspot Sales because we couldn't pull reports in an easy fashion and our dashboards were never accurate.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Hubspot Sales is a good solution if you are a small business or working on smaller accounts. Definitely test it out with a few leads/accounts before putting all of your data into it!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a CRM that allowed us to pull reports, measure sales reps on calls/meetings, keep track of leads and opportunities. Hubspot was great when we only had a few accounts and were doing no outbound sales. After that, it was not a good fit for a company with 4,000 accounts to keep track of.

It is a super clean and well designed UI/UX. It is easy to manage deals, create templates, and best of all their new(ish) sequences feature is pure gold. We have multiple integrations with the Sales platform and it's an incredibly critical asset and tool used by our whole team.

What do you dislike?

As with many other tools, the copy/paste functionality is a bit odd but all in all there is very little that I dislike.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give it a try! It's such an easy tool to use. **Make sure you try their sequences feature**

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Hard to go back..."

What do you like best?

At first I thought that this would serve as more of a tease - i.e., knowing that my emails are being opened is great and how frequently is great, but I didn't think it would do anything but frustrate me when thinking of why they aren't being responded to! At my current organization we use Hubspot sales to track email activity, and now checking my Hubspot activity is one of the first things I do each day, and do it several times throughout the day. It is best for when emails sent weeks or even months ago start getting new activity. This really helps put an asterisk on potential buying accounts that might deserve some additional attention.

What do you dislike?

I'm not wild about how it has difficulty recognizing activity when I'm the one opening. I honestly haven't spent too much time tinkering with it to find out if there is a way to filter my own activity or my colleagues - if there is a way to do this, it would be most effective. In other words, I don't care to know if my Ops/Creative Teams are looking at my emails, and I certainly don't need to be told when I'm looking at them - limiting to only client activity would be a boost.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely worth the time investigating if you are looking for a tool to help track email activity, opens, etc.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This tool helps indicate opens, gives insight into open rates and what emails might be getting more traction with potential targets, it shows when activity is occurring with past emails which is very nice, and it also includes open locations which might indicate when someone is on the road. Little insights like that can be helpful from time to time, you never know. Having this knowledge empowers one to better allocate time to certain more traction bearing targets over others, and in a time sensitive fashion.

Even in the free version it's very well featured and links with your Gmail or Outlook account. I've used to to assist several clients with their sales processes.

I've really enjoyed the extra features that I've had since I upgraded to the paid version. Using the app on my phone I can call clients directly. It's a little bit of a fiddle when you're calling from your browser but it's still pretty good.

I like the meeting feature which takes away the need to go backwards and forwards to arrange meetings.

What do you dislike?

What is there to dislike? Perhaps it would be good to have links to client social media accounts so that you can get a good idea about what clients are doing in one view?

To be really useful in Contact management, it would be really useful to have an integration with Xero, Quickbooks or MYOB but currently there is nothing available.

Also it would be useful to have a function to back up your data. You have to trust that it will all be there tomorrow.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's fantastic. You'd lose nothing by trying and it integrates nicely with Google Apps and Outlook (we use Google but several of my clients use Outlook so I've seen both)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Hubspot Sales has really helped me to manage my client case load and deliver a better service. From a business perspective it gives me a much clearer idea about potential sales income.

"A truly indispensible tool!"

What do you like best?

My favourite has to be the email open notifications and also the fact it populates new Company information from what's already on the web, saving lots of looking up for information on new prospects companies.

What do you dislike?

I just with the email open notifications were more accurate. I also wish you could take a previously sent email to a prospect and reply again to the person so they could see the thread you were messaging them about again.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Know what you want from your CRM, type of info you want to access.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For me, Hubspot ties all our contact management, business development and pipeline management together ensuring all correspondance is easily tracked and tasks actioned.

"Good/NOT Great"

What do you like best?

I like that my contacts are all in one place and shareable across our company. I love that it is free. I love that my e-mails are synced.

What do you dislike?

I hate that this does not allow attachments to be stored to your contacts. If someone sends you a report or photo or anything as an attachment, It will never show up in their contact. The only thing that shows up in the contact are the actual e-mails sent. This is a drawback but still better than nothing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sharing contacts across our company has been huge. Also, keeping track of deals and being able to see what is happening throughout the company is great.

"I Spy with my little eye"

What do you like best?

As i said, I only use the email tracker, i'm a new launched small business, and costs are paramount, so at the moment, if it's free, then it's for me...

What do you dislike?

That the tracks are limited, and you got rid of the invites, to get unlimited tracks, which a lot of people liked that.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're in any kind of role, sales etc, that involves customer contact, and developing new clients, then this app allows you to see, when, where and how many times they open your email, I wait for them to open it, then call them, freaks them out everytime, my only issue, its FREE, until you hit 200, tracks per month only, and they got rid of the new introductions, which was great, gave you unlimited tracks, but, still the best email tracker out there, Come on HubSpot, bring it back!!!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows me to assess interes in my business, via both candidates, potential clients and new clients

"Sales rep using Hubspot Sales. "

What do you like best?

The user interface and tracking of deals are great.

What do you dislike?

No integrated Calendar within hubspot or hubspot mobile. You shouldn't have to use a 3rd party calendar, when a scheduled event is created you have to manually put the company name in the title along with location, contact name.

Having to search through all the contacts to assign the correct one to a deal. Example if you create a deal for XYZ company then contacts for XYZ company should be automatically suggested.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't waste your time with outdated CRM providers who are still using sales language and tactics from the 80's, it's 2017. Paying a high price for a CRM is dead. Invest the funds towards getting in front of your clients and knowing when they're going to buy, tracking contact info and deals should be a given and this is why we switched to hubspot.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No benefits jump out but the auto population of properties via URL is great.

"Easy to use CRM tool integrated with HubSpot CRM"

What do you like best?

Its integration with HubSpot CRM lets you avoid double work and keeps your sales and marketing teams on the same page.

The sidekick email tracking tool lets you know whether your emails are being read and clicked on so you know whether to follow up in some other way.

The Sales Pipeline and Goal tools help you to keep your sales team on track, and coupled with the Tasks tool, to remember to follow up with leads in the pipeline.

The dashboard also gives a clear overview of recent deals and activities.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything in particular.

Recommendations to others considering the product

HubSpot Sales is highly recommended for small businesses looking for their first CRM system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

HubSpot Sales helps Sales and Marketing get on the same page, so the Marketing team doesn't have to constantly request status updates from the Sales team. This saves a lot of time and effort on both sides.

"Powerful potential - needs some work"

What do you like best?

The details - the interface - this is prospecting made easy. Deals? Say goodbye to Excel forever.

What do you dislike?

There are two strains of beef I have with HubSpot:

1) Broken email tracking. Emailing through SalesPro often doesn't actually go through. Moreover, even when using the HubSpot plug-in for Outlook, the email won't link to the contact page. Requires copy/pasting of content which is redundant and defeats the point.

2) Customer service. I fully believe my instance was a one-off as HubSpot has a great reputation, and it's unfortunate to see that my questions/concerns have gone unresponded, even after live calls coast-to-coast.

I wanted to make a business case to buy the full version. My unanswered concerns make it impossible for me to do so.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

How in depth I can get with prospecting. Migrating from Excel was tough at first, but a system like this is a better way forward for sales.

"Just simple and plain, easy to use, rich in features"

What do you like best?

The fact that all my sales oriented documentation, communication and correspondence is stored in one central space. This information can easily be retreived via several points of view (company, contactperson, deal, etc).

What do you dislike?

Although I fully understand that quality comes at a price, I do think the free plan is too limited. For example: notifications are limited to 200 per month. I sometimes have readers who open their mail 5 up to 10 times (For whatever reason). These all count. The limits are met pretty short after new start of the month.

Another example: the document feature is really great. Instead of sending around attachments, just a quick link which gives you insights in reading behavior as well. But limited to 5 documents is too limited ...

One other thing: as a small company owner the current price per user is too much. I can't simply afford to go to a paid plan.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Just give a try. After a week, you don't want to switch back anymore!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Inisghts in my salesproces: communication, funnel, sales volume, deal status.

"Great All-in-one CRM "

What do you like best?

I like the clarity of Hubspot sales : all the ways to record your tasks, calls, notes in one place, the integration with email providers such as Gmail. It's a great time -saver and a powerful way to stay on track with my follow-up but as well to quickly see the state of my pipeline. Love it.

Another great function is how the system pulls data about a company with their website - that's brilliant and very helpful

What do you dislike?

Had lately a couple of issues when sending directly emails from within Hubspot sales, they were not received by leads/clients. That is a serious issue that can make people lose some business and need to be addressed.

To avoid it, i now send emails from my Gmail asking to record it in Hubspot sales but not as efficient.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make changes of settings directly available in the field - for example need to add a specific new industry, make the field " Industry" editable where i stand without having to go to "Settings"

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Better follow-up of leads

- Very clear overview of my sales pipeline and possibility to prioritize projects and follow-ups

- Saved lot of time by having all the infos about a client or a project in one place

"How Hubspot kept me sane..."

What do you like best?

As a freelance photographer and travel writer, I send Query letters via email to various online and offline travel publications/magazines. Specifically, these query letter emails go to the appropriate editor of a certain publication. Problem is, it usually takes days, weeks, even months before a response comes back to let me know they're interested. Without Hubspot I would never know if that person got my email, let alone how many times it was opened by him/her and other members of the writing staff. Thankfully, I know exactly when someone opens my letter and how many times, assuring me that things are moving along as expected. Then, I just need to be patient knowing its' being considered and not lost and unopened as I might suspect had I not used Hubspot.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. Not one thing more is needed in my opinion!

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't think about it, just use it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Playing the waiting game patiently, knowing my letter/email has been read and is being considered.

"great sales tool"

What do you like best?

Value for money, easy user interface, answers well daily usage features, link to tracking / hubspot marketing automation data

What do you dislike?

reporting is very basic or extra cost. administration isn't always intuitive, calling quality in from in system dialer is sometimes poor (VOIP).

Recommendations to others considering the product

Easy to use tool, probably best for for SMB's. An all-in-1 application for SDR's - CRM and contact insights, mailing and tracking, calling and tracking, basic reports and management.

Good value versus pricing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

its a tool for our SDR's to run telemarketing campaigns, jointly with Hubspot CRM.

we can manage contact, call, mail, track - all in one place.
