What do you like best?
The version control aspect means you never lose a previous version of a document you've worked on. The search function is also excellent. When you have a lot of workspaces in an organisation, it can be tricky finding the right workspace your file is in, but the ability to search all of your workspaces means that this is never an issues.
What do you dislike?
The fact that you can't amend a version when needed, like for instance if you accidentally save a copy of the document you didn't need. Even though you can delete the version, the version numbering will not reset. As we use Huddle for our Controlled Documents, it would be good to have this kind of functionality.
And although it has a "Task" function, it takes a lot of effort to update tasks. There are better task management software on the market.
The ability to edit documents online using Office Online is only ok, but this will improve as Microsoft improve the functionalities of their online product.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It's like Dropbox, only better because you can never lose a copy of you document. Someone saves over your file? No problem, just restore the last version! Want to restrict access to a folder to read-only? It only takes 2 clicks.

Sharing documents throughout the organisations, with our other offices and with our clients and subcontractors is easy. Everyone automatically has access to the correct version and it's secure.
