"Hurrah! has been a great addition to our sales floor."

What do you like best?

Hurrah! helps to create a competitive atmosphere on the sales floor, gamifies the sales experience, incentivizes CRM use among reps, and is an easy way for active sales reps to get noticed by executives.

What do you dislike?

I would like it to be simpler to create more complex metrics (that involve calculations) on leaderboards. I know they are working on this.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Simple to use, worth at least a trial to see if it meets your business goals. Sales and support team is very accommodating.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

-Incentivizes reps to track sales process in CRM.

-Reps know execs see the leaderboards - more driven to be near the top.

"Great platform to increase sales and motivation!"

What do you like best?

One of the best things is that it keeps my sales team consistently focused on their goals while not creating a pressured environment, but rather an enjoyable one. The Big Events keep my employees motivated to appear on the slideshows and be recognized for their hard work.

What do you dislike?

At the beginning it was a bit tricky to adapt because we had never used any kind of motivation application before. It generated some resistance but after that initial moment passed we realized that it was the best acquisition we could have made!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Hurrah helped us create a new channel of communication among employees and departments. This makes a huge difference in how we operate. On top of that everyone is much more motivated in their positions.

"The ultimate add-on to Dynamics CRM"

What do you like best?

Hurrah offers a fun and effective way to motivate employees to fully adopt and use Dynamics CRM in a meaningful way. You can use it to drive new user adoption as well as drive results in your sales and customer service departments. In addition, this platform allows a sales organization to celebrate and broadcast sales wins to the rest of your company with high end graphics and fun animations (just like an ESPN show).

What do you dislike?

Looking forward to a future version that may be cloud based (Azure).

Helps drive user adoption of CRM and reward employee results.

"Exactly what we were looking for on our sales floor!"

What do you like best?

Hurrah! Gamified gives us the ability to efficiently communicate within our sales department and do it in an exciting way. We celebrate the sales when the rep's songs are played, use the slides to update our weekly sales blitzes and use the slides to communicate important organization news or updates.

What do you dislike?

Connection is sometimes intermittent and hard to tell if there's a problem with the software or something internally that our IT team needs to correct.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Effective communication and excitement/buzz in the sales office are the two main solutions that the Hurrah! Leaderboard has helped us with.

"All-inclusive tool for our sales team."

What do you like best?

Hurrah has really brought our team together and increased friendly competition across all our departments. The custom slides and Big Events grab everyone's attention and allow team members to be recognized for all their hard work.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I have found unappealing about Hurrah! sometimes the same slides get over used and should be rotated to keep things fresh.

-Increased motivation among our team members. Especially those just starting out.

-More accountability from team members and management.

-An overall increase in clarity on tasks performed and goals being set.

"Very engaging and performance enhancing solution"

What do you like best?

-Easy to implement, with a variety of connections

-Drives employees to spend more time on tasks thanks to the constant reminders of goals

-Very customizable and looks good

-Cost effective for the benefits

What do you dislike?

No problems after 2 years of everyday use. Would like to see more types of slides but we have been told more are coming with next release.

Overall Hurrah! has helped us to maintain an exciting atmosphere in a previously stale inside sales environment. It has also helped greatly with our internal communication between departments, my c-level management can see all actions taking place within the company and judge future actions based on the information displayed.

"One of the BEST thing to happen to our business process"

What do you like best?

The program itself is very very easy to use, and the Hurrah! team helps with implementation/fixes the whole way through. The slides are gorgeous and the Big Event option works wonders in motivating my team members to be the next big winner!

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I dislike about Hurrah!

"Good Complement to Sales Process"

What do you like best?

Hurrah was a great way to run sales contests, especially team contests. Reps could see where they ranked instantaneously.

What do you dislike?

It can become wallpaper unless you keep it fresh. It's not necessarily a problem, but you will need the full buy in of your data/ analytics/ crm team to maximize the potential of the product - needs some set up work on the back end.

"Some Glitches"

What do you like best?

Great platform, but has some work to do. Great concept.

What do you dislike?

Needs to be more fluid. It's not the best at keeping info properly.

"Learning made Easy..."

What do you like best?

The smoothness of the program and how easy it is to navigate.

Kind of glitchy at times a software update is definietly in order but still gets the job done.

It's really cool to have the feature of recognizing employees for work. Also makes a fun little competition.

The learning curve was a little steep for some people.
