Very easy to practise and use, either for an advisor, a manager and an administrator. We can find almost anything we need as figures for analytics : it's a very powerfull solution for behavioural targeting on livechat.
What do you dislike?
Dislike may be too much, but it certainly need improvement : Relationship with team when we try to submit improvement based on usage, if it's not on the roadmap, we have lack of listening from the Iadvize Team.

We work for company which deals both with Customer care issue and sales achievement. Using Iadvize is a growth lever on Customer satisfaction and transformation rate.
