Talked to other products within the IBM suite, had great support both on the ground and over the phone from the Emptoris team. Fully dedicated implementation effort.
What do you dislike?
The product was not overly customizable, and was expensive relative to many of the alternatives we evaluated.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Very attentive IBM team helped implement the software, however, it was very difficult to customize to our needs.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Collecting offline contracts from desk drawers across large retail bank to review and standardize terms. My role with the bank ended when our consulting project was completed, have not seen realization.
