"Easy to train users, easy to customize"

What do you like best?

The team collaboration and supervisory capability to prevent large budget construction projects from spiraling out of control.

What do you dislike?

The menus and features are a little bit esoteric...corporate needs to do intensive new user training and semi annual road shows to ensure compliance.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're considering this specialized software platform, it's likely your company requires it. MS Project and SharePoint can be used in conjunction to fulfill 95% of all construction/reno project needs if you're managing numerous locations. But be prepared for a learning curve. Even highly technically adept users are confused upon implementation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For a large, national corpiration, the main benefits are time saved and thus major money saved on capital improvements and new construction projects. Workflow is such that an entire project could technically be completed without ever communicating via email or phone with team members.

IBM Tririga est un système intégré de gestion des espaces de travail (IWMS) qui regroupe des modèles fonctionnels pour l’immobilier, les projets d’investissement, la gestion de l’espace, la maintenance des installations, et la gestion de l’énergie et de l’environnement au sein d’une plateforme technologique unique. IBM Tririga augmente la visibilité, le contrôle et l’automatisation pour la gestion de l'immobilier, la gestion des projets d'investissement, la gestion des installations, la maintenance des installations et production, la gestion de l'énergie et de l'environnement.

IBM Tririga, disponible en 16 langues supporte une architecture SOA et propose plusieurs outils d'intégration compatibles avec de nombreux formats existants.

What do you dislike?

Un peu une particularité chez IBM, c'est que en tant que français, il est très dur d'obtenir un service 100% en langue française. Donc avis au anglophobes, préparez vous et sortez votre dictionnaire.

Je pense qu'un logiciel 100 pour cent français sera plus accepté.

"Tririga for Capital Projects & Leases"

What do you like best?

Integration capabilities with Oracle Invoices.

What do you dislike?

Poor integration rules, many bugs. Also, not user friendly and too many clicks to get to what you want.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking of spend of construction projects and lease activity. Better tracking of construction costs of facilities at a more granular level then invoice dump.

"Difficult to navigate and perform tasks."

What do you like best?

It looks nice on the screen. It has a lot of functionality.

What do you dislike?

It's difficult to navigate and takes way too many clicks to get anywhere or do anything. Need very detailed clickstreams for training and if you click one wrong thing, it can mess up your entire process.

Make sure it integrates easily with what you are already using.

None, really. It's only made things more difficult, in my opinion.

"End User"

What do you like best?

Honestly the worst lease administration system I have ever used. So many glitches! Right out of the box.

What do you dislike?

It has potential / but that's about its too many glitches to be anything more than 'bad'.

Don't do it! It is too unstable and FULL of glitches. Terrible product!
