What do you like best?
Igloo helps us keep track of essential organization documents and prepare for monthly meetings. When we have board turnover--which happens, as expected, every year--we have better continuity because of Igloo.
The Igloo community help resource is very convenient, and people are usually quite responsive.
Overall the web posting tool is pretty good for our needs.
What do you dislike?
Admins for our community cannot update user email addresses--the individual user has to do that. Sometimes users don't get to that and it hinders communication.
Some of the web posting we do takes a lot of steps--especially if we want to link to photos or documents. Our team is all volunteer, so it would help if more of us could do this faster (in fewer steps).

Igloo is flexible and convenient. The people are friendly and helpful.

Increase IABC member retention, attract new members, attract professionals to our Silver Quill Awards program, convey the value of membership, share resources and professional development opportunities (including our regional conference) and help our regional board perform at its best.
