What do you dislike?
With it being so highly customizable based on need, it is hard to "run" without a dedicated project manager that can speak to IMC on a regular basis & attend conferences to learn tips/tricks. As an account manager in an agency without a dedicated project manager on my accounts, it can sometimes be a struggle to understand best practices and requires a lot of test & learning.

- Standardizing & tracking steps in a process and assigning roles & responsibilities: streamlined view of all projects and ability to pass along tasks seamlessly regardless of departments/out of offices/level within organization
- CRM database building to track personal & business information of clients, creating a more knowledgeable outreach to those clients
