What do you like best?
The different types of feedback and reviews, since also feedback comes in different ways and flavours.
Sometimes you want to give a colleague a pat on the shoulder, give him/her a tip how he/she can improve his/her next presentation or give constructive feedback about a certain situation.
Because of Impraise we have now integrated the 360 feedback concept at our company. We couldn't go back, it became part of our feedback culture. Ironically enough we noticed that people are also giving each other more feedback offline as a result of using the app.
What do you dislike?
I wish that we could also invite clients and 3rd partier to give our Sales Reps, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants and Support Agents feedback using Impraise. One tool were all feedback is stored, both internally as externally if applicable.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Several times a year we ask employees to review themselves, peers and their manager. Those insights are extremely useful for managers during the development check-ins and to help employees with setting their performance goals. We can link their performance review directly with their goals for next quarter.
We are also using Impraise to measure the overall happiness of the company. Just ask a few simple questions on a frequent basis to measure the current state of our employees.
