Really interesting and usable emailing tool.

What do you like best?

I really like that you can build templates and that the mailing list manager is so easy to use and helps create efficiency.

What do you dislike?

If you need to make a tweak and you are not comfortable with HTML then things can get a bit difficult.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They are a European based company and charge everything in Euros.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helped with my email campaigns, cleaning up my lists, and helped me with my marketing in many ways like segmenting and planning.
