The ability to manage a majority of tasks from the customer account is great. I really like the dashboard as I can see what needs to be completed
What do you dislike?
Not allowing ach payments through IVR- starting our implementation and I do not have any dislikes yet., however I heard that they do not support the ach through IVR which is something that we currently have
