What do you like best?
We are a partner of Infinity's, and their support and willingness to accommodate our and our clients' needs has been stellar. Josine White is our main point of contact, and she is FANTASTIC! She always provides detailed responses in a timely fashion and we are beyond thankful for all she has done for us.
Beyond the great service we've had, we appreciate Infinity's continued commitment to improving their product. They constantly look for ways to enhance their product and to stay on top of the market. They also take user-suggested enhancements into consideration.
What do you dislike?
The Infinity product is geared towards employers with a large number of employees, and sometimes our market falls below that employee count. We sometimes have to devise workarounds in certain modules to make it fit for a smaller-scale company; however, when we do need to create workarounds, we receive great insight and support from the service team.
Recommendations to others considering the product
When first starting with Infinity, the product may seem intimidating. It is a robust solution that does require time and commitment to become familiarized with, but with effort, it can be a very valuable resource. Be ready to put in work to receive the pay off.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a partner, we've seen our clients utilizes pretty much every piece of the system offered. Primarily, Infinity acts as a central hub for all employee information in digital form, whether it is basic employee information, benefit elections and changes, performance reviews, time tracking, etc. I think Infinity provides clients with a way to create internal systems and processes, as well as transparency.
