When my organization switched, unannounced, to Infor, I found it easier to use than our previous solution - right away! So, I'll say the intuitive user interface is the best.
What do you dislike?
Any organization's implementation will probably be different, based on different needs and internal rules/processes. Infor can't fix those - it can only do what it can to make things that are under its control easier. So this isn't really a criticism of Infor - more a case of me pointing out that a custom-built solution with all the intuitiveness of Infor designed specifically to solve UX challenges resulting from your organization's own red tape would be even better. In theory.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I can only compare this to other tools I've used, but I have not used a better expense management tool. It's worth a look.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Time savings! What used to take 30 minutes now takes less than 15 minutes. Time I can spend on non-overheads like expenses management.
