What do you like best?

I have been in the business of market research for 15 years and tried a number of online web survey tools. This is by far one of the most impressive. You really get value for money with Informizely.

The user interface is very intuitive. But the most important feature for us was the "push-to-Google-Analytics" feature. I now analyze quantitative data in Google Analytics and use the qualitative data from Informizely to understand why users behave the way they do.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice with a cross-tab functionality in the web interface

You really get value for money with Informizely. The flexibility is key.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We save so much time not guessing what our web users think about us. Now we simply ask them and prioritize our work based on the answers. With some help of our web analytics tool we are really know our users by now.

What do you like best?

Many possibilities and options e.g. targeting customers, using the exit intent layer technology and customising the language and design of the surveys. Diderik and his team value customer feedback, take their time to listen and implement new features in a short period of time. Another strong point is the price which is much lower compared to other tools that have the same functionality.

What do you dislike?

The interface looks a little outdated but is changing quite fast with many new features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to find out what our customers think about our service, our website and ​*what*​ kind of information they are missing.

What do you like best?

Survey tool has all the features you need, for a very competitive price. Especially happy with the targeting options. Best customer support I have experienced in years.

What do you dislike?

The design and display options are still a bit rudimentary, although good enough for professional looking website surveys.

What do you like best?

Insitez is a really fast and nice tool to set up customer surveys. It comes with plenty of targeting and visual customization options. But what really sets them apart is the awesome customer service.

The design is a bit old-fashioned, but I honestly don't really care.

What do you like best?

+ very intuitive, easy to setup surveys (unlike tools like Usabilla)

+ all targeting and customization options we need are available

+ great customer service

I've used this tool for 3 different companies now. I haven't encountered any limitations yet.

Don't think about it too much. Just give it a go for a month and you'll most likely see you like it.

Conversion optimization: Understanding which real issues website visitors have to convert (lack of understanding, objections, functional problems, feedback on value proposition).

It helps to AB test the right things.
