I like that it consistently backups and sends notifications. Once you get the hang of it, it's not too hard to navigate through the screens. Support it helpful when you know what you want to do, they usually give you a direct answer of how to do it.
What do you dislike?
Finding something specific in the documentation is not simple. Creating a windows image of the system didn't work. When contacting support they mentioned they were in the process of phasing out the current disk image provider and are creating their own. There is no cloud to cloud back. The email notifications don't explain how to fix the alerts. The ease-of-use of the software is low at first until you can finally figure out how to navigate.
