"Great workforce management tool"

What do you like best?

Injixo is VERY easy to use and does what it promises. It does all main points of scheduling including forecasting. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to restore shifts/changes to shifts in the History tab. You can also adjust to your own company's policies and not just labour laws

What do you dislike?

Being able to provide a schedule three days in advance is fantastic.

"scheduling "

What do you like best?

I like the fact that you can view individual and team schedules

What do you dislike?

It is very slow and takes a very long time to transition from 1 function to the next.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is for scheduling so theat employees cabn view schedules and swap shifts

"Shift and performance management tool for contact centre "

What do you like best?

How versatile this is - from shift management on daily / weekly / monthly bases, reporting staff attendance and automatically forecasting the requirements on any given day based on the data which is automatically input from the calls handling platforms.

What do you dislike?

Some features require collaboration with other software which seems to be hit and miss - for instance the PDF reports are very temperamental.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Staffing solutions for a contact centre which on a usual day has over 100 people working various shifts.

"Horrible outdated software"

What do you like best?

Not much but some of the reporting is good

What do you dislike?

Not very customizable and must use Internet explorer for the admin stuff

Scheduling, however can be very innacurate

"Absolutely necessary for any call center"

What do you like best?

It has limitless variables that allow you to prepare, analyze, and schedule a call center team. Plus it's scalable. We used it for our team of 5, team of 15, and see ourselves using it indefinitely. In short, Injixo is the call center work force manager. As such, better than Good Data, Insights, Shiftplanning, or anything else we used, it tells us how to schedule on both calls and emails and is as specific as we like, whether that's 15 min or 1 hour intervals.

What do you dislike?

Takes a little bit of time to setup and there is a steep learning curve, but they have a great support team to help out.

Get it! If you have a call center, Injixo will revolutionize your data, your scheduling, and your training.

Just like any call center, our busy times fluctuate and there's unending variables to consider, Injixo considers them and allows us to best schedule, prepare, and use our team.

"Clunky and Hard to use"

What do you like best?

I like being able to see my schedule and utilize the manager dashboard to see my agent's schedules.

What do you dislike?

It's super clunky and only works on internet explorer.
