What do you like best?
I guess the design of Workforce is easy to use. I like the way the software looks, for the most part, and it's pretty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike?
It's constantly buggy. Auto-emails will go out without notice, and the customer support team is lacking.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Don't use it; it's not worth the trouble. Other Intuit software has much better capabilities, but this one's not one of them.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For a period of time, we were able to utilize Workforce to help us hire our PT team, but after a while, the software started to cause us more problems than not; and we were supposed to have received free credits with them, but they never sent them or applied them to our account.
