“Great Provider”

What do you like best?

Invoca has cutting edge technology and they're helping us move forward in improving our digital marketing capabilities. The platform is easy to use and Invoca is consistently releasing improvements and additional functionality based on what clients are asking for. Best of all the Invoca team is exceptionally dedicated to their work, very good at what they do and willing to go above and beyond to help their clients.

What do you dislike?

Javascript had to be tailored to our specific website / call center setup. Took a little time to get everybody on the same page but they delivered the functionality and it's built so that we can easily maintain it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We've looked at other providers in this space and I don't think you'll find another one that has the combination of functionality, pace of new development, and focus on customers that Invoca does.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Invoca is helping us optimize our digital campaigns by informing us on which keywords and digital campaigns drive the most and highest quality phone calls. We've been able to make significant improvements to our return on marketing spend.

“Insights at Every Level”

What do you like best?

The flexibility of the Invoca platform allows us to tailor our reporting needs for employees at all levels. From specialists to VP's everyone has a dashboard associated with their login that allows them to see only what is most relevant to them.

What do you dislike?

Due to constantly changing call volumes it's difficult for us to estimate how many phone calls we need to center our contract around. Although that has been a little difficult, the Invoca team has been extremely helpful and flexible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Invoca allows us to tie our online and offline media efforts to our backend performance data at very specific levels. Their RingPools technology have allowed us to tie digital marketing spend down to specific keywords and ads giving us insights we've never had before.

“Amazing!”

What do you like best?

Invoca has completely transformed how we look at our data and the data that we have access to has increased exponential due to all the integrations Invoca offers with other partners in the digital space including the new AdWords Offline Conversions Integration and the Facebook Integration. We are able to see down to the keyword level how our ad spend is performing and also create remarketing lists based on call data we get from Invoca. They are an invaluable partner!

What do you dislike?

Nothing, anything that we have experienced that we have questioned they have quickly addressed.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Invoca allows us to see over 20% more conversions within our paid search programs than we were previously able to see.

“Great tech so far for us”

What do you like best?

Easy to see what I need to see and big business value early. Easy to consume reports and evaluating calls has been great.

What do you dislike?

Not much - a little longer setup than I hoped for. Other than that, it's been a great start to the platform and I am excited about the future roadmap and integrations.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely worth checking out and evaluating.

The recordings have brought some issues to our attention that we can work on fixing. Reporting is much nicer than our previous reporting.

“Exceptional Customer Service and Feature Set”

What do you like best?

Invoca does an excellent job of continually adding features. If any issues arise, they jump into action and find solutions and make changes to their platform to accommodate us.

What do you dislike?

There were some initially some issues with local number availability, but this was one of the items that Invoca found a solution for.

Recommendations to others considering the product

After a cost-benefit analysis Invoca was the easy choice and we're happy we went with them and their team.

We're able to tailor our marketing efforts directly using the data that Invoca's insights provide. We're also able to save a ton of time by utilizing their continually improving Signal AI.

“Great partner”

What do you like best?

They are a great partner to work with and very flexible to the client needs. They have helped us get better at our tracking our marketing campaigns and improve their efficiency.

What do you dislike?

There are no big concerns I have with Invoca as a partner. There are always everyday issues that we deal with and a couple of outage issues that were resolved very quickly

“Great experience and product!”

What do you like best?

Onboarding process is a real pleasure. The team helping us implement the solution is knowledgeable and really thrives to make the process as efficient as it can be.

What do you dislike?

I haven't yet found anything that I dislike about this solution.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At least 40% of our business is still done through the phone, so with Invoca we finally get line of sight into what marketing tactics are driving these conversions.

“Everything in one place!”

What do you like best?

Before we signed up with Invoca we were using a series of spreadsheets to track our phone numbers. On top of that we had several different vendors for marketing numbers. It was a mess. Invoca allows us to track all campaigns in one system!

What do you dislike?

The only thing I can think of is that sometimes some reports are hard to find, but it's probably based on the learning curve.

“Excellent ”

What do you like best?

Invoca makes statusing prospect calls is a breeze

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there is no way to set a date when you want a number to end.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to use signal AI to status our calls into a variety of buckets. This has helped with tracking sales cycles.

What do you like best?

Service and dedication of teams. If they do not know the answer to a problem, they will figured it out. The teams are always open to product improvements and other feedback.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. We have a great product and great support.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you really know what you are getting. Invoca made our tech integrations smoothly. When there were problems they solved them.

We had an inability to track phone calls and determine ROI. We are now on a journey to determine the call value by keyword and vendor. This integrates into our larger vision of establishing customer journeys. We are currently optimizing our paid search with the data and gathering for journey building.
