What do you like best?
Iron Mountain is very reliable. They store paper copies of documents, as well as electronic files. It's nice to have the option of getting your paper copies when technology fails, because it does, at the worst opportune times. Iron Mountain has the option to deliver fast, if you need those documents ASAP.
What do you dislike?
They can be expensive, and charge based on how much you store with them. It's also not as convenient when you need the documents right then and there, but you have to wait for Iron Mountain to deliver them. They are still fairly reliable, and a good example of why mail delivery service is needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Use this when your clouds aren't working, or when the internet server goes down. Hopefully, you can wait a couple of days if you need the paper copies. They have good customer service and are responsive to customer needs.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We store important medical files, and need to keep them for a certain length of time. Iron Mountain is good as back-up, but not as a primary source of maintaining documents.
