I love that it is so simple and easy to use. The help Ivans gives is superb and they are always quick to respond to questions, comments, and concerns. Setting it up is so easy with the help of their staff. The download from Ivans to Applied Epic is fast and super great. Ivans works with Applied Epic so seamlessly that we don't even realize they are two separate products. We have yet to have a bad experience with this product. Ivans does so much to keep our workplace running smoothly. We love IVANS.

Sometimes their is a glitch in the download, but they are always quick to get is resolved. There really isn't anything that i dislike. The service for this product is outstanding.

I would definitely recommend IVANS download because you save so much money and time from entering all the policies, commissions, claims, documents, and anything else. Ivans does it all for you and it is so easy to use.

Entering policies, commission, claims, Edocs, etc. manually into the system is tedious and time consuming. Ivans downloads make the process simple and SUPER FAST!

I like the face that it has the ability to update many applications in Epic.

I don't like the errors and issues that occur fairly frequently and having to go back in and manually fix downloaded material

Work with the insurance carriers more to fix the bugs.

It saves us from having to manually input policy information
