- possibility to have a very first information about important criteria for products / solutions
- get a pre-selection of possible solutions for my requirements

What do you dislike?
- only few criteria to compare listed solutions
- too expensive for a small company
- some features not required by every company
- some features can be handled better by "standard" office tools
- "stand-alone" tool makes the use and the value added less in comparison to complete ERP-tools with integrated inventory optimization functionalities such as for example SAP, Ariba, oracle, IBM Emptoris supply chain process and purchasing solution, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product
- need to consider the strategy and future development of the company
- software is too overloaded with content that is not required by all users
- assessment- and evaluation functionality needs to be extended and improved to increase the added value compared to the time and effort for the use of the tool
