What do you like best?
get real time notifications whenever there is an update in any ticket in jira. The notifications can be when someone comments on a ticket, or when a ticket is transitioned from one column into another column in the jira board. The notification generated by Jira Cloud Bot also has a link associated with it which takes us to the ticket details page. It also shows which user has update the ticket.
What do you dislike?
The webhooks required to setup the notifications from Jira Cloud Bot are often tricky and not easy to setup. There should be more seamless way to setup the notifications using Jira Cloud Bot. Also the notifications should contain a little description to expand more information on a certain ticket.

we are getting real time notifications using the Jira Cloud Bot integration in our slack channels which saves us a lot of time when it comes to catching up with the updates in Jira in different project. The Jira Cloud Bot app also helps us to provide with ticket information whenever someone mentions the ticket id which in communication inside the slack channel.
