Does Jira Service Desk have the capability to start and stop a service ticket to meet SLA requirements?
How can we download all the attachments and comments in the ticket when we export? Because when I export tickets to excelling format, I won't find attachments or images in the Incidents or tickets.
Are the licenses for management users or all users? To generate another project is another license required? Thanks,
What can JIRA Software or JIRA Core users do in JIRA Service Desk if they do not have an agent license?
