"Jive-x is a solid community platform"

What do you like best?

I like how quick and easy it is to setup new spaces and how you can copy the layout from a similar space to save time.

The group functionality where you can have public, private or secret groups is a nice feature. The secret groups allow only those invited to the group to see that it exists.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that the built in community manager reports do not make it easy to distinguish between customer users and employee users to measure engagement.

Lithium purchased Jive-x. While they are continuing to support the platform for now, at some point this will not be the case.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Look at a different solution. It is not the go forward product for Lithium that owns the platform.
