"Good way to track day to day work, and progress on open requirements "

What do you like best?

The UI is pretty user friendly, you don't have to be familiar with it to work on it. I can give this to a fresh trainee and he/she can work on it without or very minimal training. its easy to navigate and for a commercial ATS not bad, it works well with VMS tools i.e. uploading information through the coddler with minimal editing needed.

What do you dislike?

The reports part of this system are sometimes difficult. Depending on the information and your connection speed it takes a few minutes to generate a raw report. Knowing which filters will populate and which won't is sometimes a hassle

Recommendations to others considering the product

be prepared to customize this to the "T", long calls with support but they will be happy to assist you.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Good way to track requirements, progress, submissions and candidate statuses. Good way to have all business contact in one place, and easy maneuverability with MS Office products i.e. Outlook.

"JobDiva - Amazing ATS"

What do you like best?

Great functionality, strong database and beautiful UI. Extremely easy to use for a Application Tracking System. Easy to search for a recruiters metrics or find a candidate in the database. I love using our click to dial and test messaging features incorporated in the program.

What do you dislike?

JobDiva goes down without notice, lately it hasn't been very frequent but it happens. If they could add faster profile loading that would be helpful!

This will streamline your recruiting. Much quicker candidate searching.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Has brought organization to the company and create unity within our multiple offices. It is packed with feature that we didn't have before. Their customer service is super helpful and works with you on any issue.

"Overall Positive Review of JobDiva Applicant Tracking System "

What do you like best?

The search function, boolean searching, the task function, ability to connect to Outlook and our phones for click-to-dial. It makes organizing candidate submittals/interviews/starts easy.

What do you dislike?

You can only have one boolean search for one job running at a time. If i complete a search for one job and then go back to another search, it will only show the highlighted boolean words for the most recent search you did and will not let you move to a different page of applicants.

It is better than any other ATS I have used!

JobDiva allows me to connect candidates with open job opportunities. I am able to connect with 30+ candidates a day and help them find their ideal job/company/manager. I can connect a candidate to not just one job opportunity, but several so they have options.

"Excellent ATS"

What do you like best?

Updates to the UI have been great and allow me to more quickly view candidates resumes and email exchanges.

What do you dislike?

Stability with the coddlers can be finicky at times.

This is a great piece of software and I would recommend this to anyone considering using it. It isn't difficult to use and has a ton of features.

"Job Diva is a lifesaver that diminishes the need for multiple software for different departments. "

What do you like best?

I like that it allows candidate tracking from job posting to employment. It has features to continue the process as employment continues and converts from an applicant tracking system to HRIS. So much easier to process information in one location instead of 5 locations for different departments.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it pops up everything in a new window versus a new tab.

It is wonderful.

Missing information due to having to enter it or send on different platforms. It's really a time saver in that respect.

"Feature rich, but slow to harvest"

What do you like best?

Integrations with text and click to dial. Similar keyword algorithm is accurate. Easy mail merge.

What do you dislike?

The harvester is not up to date. I fo on job boards every day and find resumes not in JD, or not showing most recent modification.

"I use JobDiva on a daily basis for both Account Management and Recruiting."

What do you like best?

I enjoy the ability to stay organized through both the calendar function and by creating hotlists of both candidates and contacts. This allows my to combine my organization with Outlook, Excel and JobDiva.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately the mobile application can be very finicky. Also, I use a MAC for my home computer and often times notes or actions are not logged properly in the JobDiva database.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The product is doing a great job ad continuing to update their software. Although they are still having issues for MAC users, overall JobDiva is very responsive whenever there are issues regarding technical support and any questions you may have as a user. We have been successful in staying organized as a company and JobDiva has made our firm millions of dollars over the years.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are collaborating very well as an office. The software keeps us from stepping on each others' toes internally. This makes our organization more professional not only internally but from our viewpoint of our clients as well.

"Its Not bad if you are a recruiter, but from a sales side there are better systems"

What do you like best?

It was extremely intuitive, and what I liked best is that you didn't need to download software, its all web based

What do you dislike?

The Reminders and every time a candidate was submitted you got an email, which you can turn off however it was such a mission to do so, you just dealt with it.

I felt it was really more of an ATS than a Sales Tracking System, its great for sales metrics from entering your meetings and whatnot, but other than that, it gets to be a bit complicated, especially sending out email from JD

"Candidate Pool"

What do you like best?

They aggregate information and resumes to show when people submitted their resume to different sites and allow you to use that to contact them about jobs you may have that match their information.

What do you dislike?

They seem to be going through some different stages and only keep the most recent resume online - I like to know how often people are posting or what times they are posting throughout the year to know their need or urgency of a new job.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you are able to use all the functions that they offer - there are many other services out there and if you aren't using everything they offer then it might not be worth the money.

Matching candidates to jobs. Easier than filtering through a stack of resumes by hand and having them organized through a SaaS.

"Could be so much better!"

What do you like best?

JobDiva is great for harvesting and the ability to post pretty seamlessly to outside sources is also great.

What do you dislike?

The user experience and interface is lacking. Having to open up multiple windows and going back and forth between different areas is quite frustrating. When running searches of the database, there can be an extreme delay in the loading of candidates.

Make JobDiva more user friendly! I should be able to move around the application without losing my place or worry about multi-tasking with the platform.

"“Strategic Reporting Tool for 1st class business results”"

What do you like best?

The reporting features, email merge, and custom “hot lists” that can be linked to specific jobs and /or criteria

What do you dislike?

The parent / child relationship and facilities aren’t quite clear from a corporate org chart stand point

What do you like best?

I like that job diva is easy accessible from any computer and leaving notes and candidate updates are easy. Really likes the candidate "scraping" from various sites using Boolean searches.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that JobDiva was not usable without internet access. It often would freeze and stop working well.

"Old and Outdated resume scraping service."

What do you like best?

I did not actually enjoy using Job Diva, the automation and material it produced was pretty trash.

What do you dislike?

Disliked how they scraped poorly, inputed resumes incorrectly quite often, and only used 1 or 2 criteria to identify candidates.

"Good and Functional unless you want to Customize it"

What do you like best?

It does seem good as far as organizing and posting different jobs with lots of different criteria.

What do you dislike?

It is very difficult and unintuitive to customize the interface from a style/layout perspective.

The best way to use jobdiva is to just have your job postings link off to the jobdiva site rather than try to embed it into your own site. I recommend not trying to do any customization whatsoever. Use it out of the box or don't use it at all.

"A very simple way to track and update candidates"

What do you like best?

JobDiva is a simple way to track, email, update, and eventually hire candidates. With the easy to use search tool, it is very easy to see which candidates have already been contacted in your database from other internal employees so there is no overlap in your recruiting practices. The easiness in the navigation of the software is one of the best aspects of JobDiva. This means that there is minimum training on the product which means more productivity and ability for first time users to get trained on their actual job and not just the software they are using.

What do you dislike?

The one thing that I dislike about this product is the fact that it was very confusing to me how to export all of your call lists and candidate lists as well. Also, the internal candidate tracking feature is very small in the left hand corner of the screen when you open a candidate profile. This feature should be larger so there is absolutely no confusion on who "owns" the candidate and who contacted them last.

I would not hesitate to at least try this product. In the realm of recruiting software, JobDiva is one of the best.

The problem that JobDiva solves is the organizational problem that recruiters run into when their candidate list becomes too large to track within a simple excel spreadsheet. JobDiva allows recruiters to save time and make more money by being able to spend time not tracking and inputing the candidate's information, but spend their time on the phone. Also, recruiters are less likely to bug their candidates while on JobDiva because they make it so that it is almost impossible not to track your last action.

What do you like best?

They system allows you to easily match candidates to open job requirements, and track their progression through the recruiting process. I also like that it constantly adds new and updated resumes to the system. The ability to create a "Hotlist" of qualified candidates for a given skill set is a huge time saver in an industry where speed to market is important.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app can be glitchy at times. Often times I try to look up candidates by name for a quick reference, only to be told that there is no profile. When performing a Talent Search, there are limited filters compared to other resume sourcing databases.

The system gives us the ability to track out candidates and our own activity. It helps keep our team organized and on task, without stepping on each others toes.

"Sales"

What do you like best?

easy access to all of our candidates and clients information. They have multiple lists that you can create to adhere to your personal desires.

What do you dislike?

Lack of mobile capabilities. They have an app, but it is very basic and difficult to maneuver.

Also a lack of training on the different capabilities that the site can do.

Recommendations to others considering the product

make sure to get over trained from the beginning on all of the tools that are available. I believe there are multiple tools offered that we're not using because we don't know how. Overall, I'd recommend.

It is our sole candidate database - we use it on a daily basis.

Benefits - able to reconnect with candidates from 8 years ago, very easily.

tabbed browsing and having multiple things open is difficult

"Love it "

What do you like best?

I used to use a competitor of JobDiva, and now I can't imagine going back. Job Diva is very user friendly.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it is hard to search for certain things, or to see the relationship between various companies, contacts, and jobs.
