What do you like best?

I like that Jobs2Careers drives active, interested job seekers to our job board.

What do you dislike?

I would like some of the pricing to be lower

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Job Board Advertising User"

What do you like best?

The job board is easy to use from a candidate experience perspective.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that there aren't advanced search options.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We did not see much ROI on this source. Our applicant low was very low and qualified applicants was even lower. We used it when it was part of an overall job marketing package we had but was not feasible to sustain when paying for it separately based on ROI. Not successful in the healthcare industry.
