"We love the software, but support has become cumbersome"

What do you like best?

I like the robust capabilities of 3rd party apps, setting up job orders, candidate profiles and having all sync to LI.

What do you dislike?

They stopped providing Online Chat. This has slowed us down tremendously. People have been having trouble logging in to the Community and also spending hours hunting down answers. Bring back Online Chat, it was the best customer service tool I've every experienced.

Recommendations to others considering the product

1. Bring back online chat... now.

2. Have your time cards sync with QB online

3. Fix the Job Board posts to FB (currently down)

4. Have the Sourcing Center be more customizable and pull better, fast results.

5. Bring in your own "stay in touch" feature that SF killed off. That was a brilliant tool

6. Allow Presentations to go to multiple recipients and be able to send additional documents other than the one resume. Currently useless.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can fill jobs, profile candidates to our clients and link some aspects to social media. We can run reports and try to analyze our KPI's and success.

"Job Science - Were sticking with it"

What do you like best?

This is our 4th CRM in the last 6 years and we have used it now for 3 years.

It is evolving with the way recruitment is and delighted with the ability to source and match candidates easily. It makes the whole Recruitment process that little bit easier.

What do you dislike?

From time to time the only issue I have is speed, we did have to buy new computers in order to deal with this. (we were using very low spec computers thought)

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would happily recommend, but would ask to check your current IT infrastructure/PC's as we did have to change at a large investment as it was too slow. (i.e, it took 15-20 seconds to open one page) with a higher spec machine that is reduced to 3-5 seconds. Macs run the best.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping everything together and it allows us measure work loads and insure no process is forgotten.

What Recruitment Marketing solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!

"Solid CRM That's Easy To Use/Navigate"

What do you like best?

I enjoy being able to easily use the reports and tying them into the dashboard so that our consultants can easily see their metrics. Plus working on the back end of JobScience is easy as well!

What do you dislike?

In the beginning we had the option to chat with Support in JobScience. I wish they would bring that back as it was quicker to get the answers needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Nothing really. Just take your time in setting up and use the JobScience Community to help find answers to issues you may be having

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved tracking issues and being able to track candidates through the recruitment process more effectively

"Not happy with the product."

What do you like best?

I like that candidates applying to a specific position are automatically added to the requisition and also that candidates receive auto acknowledgement emails. I do like that we can email a candidate about an application and those communications are attached to the requisition and candidate.

What do you dislike?

I have more dislikes than likes. There are too many different locations to house the same information which is cumbersome and confusing. You have to click several times to do a simple task and even where tasks should be automated, such as sending an email to a candidate from within their application- you have to manually select the candidate, etc. I do not trust the search options as often times it has excluded valuable qualified candidates, additionally if you try to search a candidate by name is will come up w/ no search results while if you look for it another way, i.e. going directly into applicant management withing a req you will find the candidate. The tool is not reliable in my opinion. Our sales force administrator basically built us a work around so that we could use the tool to fit our work flows & that has worked very nicely but is not the way job science is set up.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

See above. I could go on, but would be too time consuming.

"Great product - especially for data management and automatic workflow rules!"

What do you like best?

Our offer letter/contract creation process in integrated into the system!! We can generate and send agreements directly from the offer stage through an Echo (Adobe) Sign integration.

What do you dislike?

Limited communication capability. If we want fields to populate to a specific area/stage of the recruitment process, the communication must be generated and sent from that area/stage.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be sure to be in charge of managing outcomes. It's easy to assume that the development team understands your wants, but halfway through a build-out realize you're not on the same page.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

How do we get out candidate management system (Jobscience) to speak to our employee management system (ADP)?

"Good ATS but some extra unnecessary steps"

What do you like best?

Parses resumes well, easy interface and easy to understand how to get to different functionalities. Good on analytics. It uploads resumes pretty well unless they are PDFs. There is an easy to use email address that you can send any resumes to in order for them to parse - so that makes that step quick and easy.

What do you dislike?

There are some redundant steps. Uploading documents takes an extra steps and you can only upload one at once. It takes a while to load. There are manual steps that I wish were automated and it has a lot of pop ups with different steps that you need to then close. The search function isn't great - if I want to find candidates, I usually search in linkedin and just check the "in our database box". It should notify you when something like candidate name doesn't parse correctly - but it doesn't, so if you don't catch that, you'll lose the candidate.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It takes awhile to load if you have a lot of data in there. Good at supplying analtics, but the search functions are not as strong as I'd like and as a recruiter...I want to be able to search my past candidates with ease. It's not easy and you have to have everything parsed in correctly which you don't always realize doesn't happen. Or you don't have time to additionally input info that didn't get properly parsed. Doesn't parse PDFs well.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides a strong database for thousands of candidates. It does a good job of tracking and analytics. However I'm on the recruiter and account manager side, so I am more interested in it's search capabilities rather than analytics.

"Powerful, Functional, Adaptable Recruitment Tool"

What do you like best?

I run a recruitment agency, that has historically used an old and dated recruitment CRM with limited ATS functionality. Moving to Jobscience has given me the ability to use a truly mobile platform which can be accessed anywhere, even using android / iPhone apps. it means that notes can be added on client site to the right records, it means that more data is entered in the right place accurately, and it has a really powerful search engine built in to enable fast and effective searching for candidates.

What do you dislike?

To administer this system, you need to be a relative expert on the Salesforce.com platform. I had never used Salesforce before, so had a very steep learning curve, however the beauty of this is that I can customise anything and everything I like to fit our processes.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Get your processes mapped out before you start trials. If you know what you want the tool to do, you can identify if it is already doing it, and how much work it will take to get them implemented. Also, look at other partners such as Ebsta, LinkedIn Recruiter, Drawloop, DocuSign, and so on who all have apps which bolt on to the system giving further enhanced functionality.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Upgrading from an old system means we are now able to integrate new technologies into the system using the appexchange (such as Docusign, Drawloop, etc), we can find and keep track of candidates and clients faster and more effectively, and we can take better client briefs faster onsite with the client, and it will automatically be shared with the team, posted on the website, and autosearches run at the click of a button.

"Jobscience recruitment software review"

What do you like best?

JobScience contains a number of job posting templates which users can edit and send to online boards and social media channels. As candidate resumes arrive, the system can capture key applicant details, rate candidates on a 100 point scale for potential recruits and send out automated email responses.

What do you dislike?

The search function could definitely use some improving, however, there are easy ways to work around this to find the right candidates within the database including running reports, looking at previous, similar requisitions.

"Difficult"

What do you like best?

I like that it's easy to add my notes for a candidate and to have a dashboard where I can see what's on my plate. I like the ability to view others notes as well.

What do you dislike?

The UI is not user friendly, clunky, and confusing. There's too much noise overall and it can be hard to find what I need when I'm just trying to do simple tasks within the interface. A tool like this shouldn't require training to use and it has for me and my colleagues.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Really leverage the team that implemented and encourage them to take any trainings and offer detailed training to you if you are using as a company stakeholder hiring personnel as it can be confusing to navigate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the problems of easily communicating with recruiters about candidates and going through the business processes to hire someone we like.

"Didn't have the functionality we needed for onboarding - ended up creating a lot of workarounds "

What do you like best?

The recruiting tool was easy to use for the recruiters and it automatically integrated with sites like LinkedIn. JobScience also worked with us to customize the job listing link so it matched our website which was great!

The onboarding tool, which is an add on they offer, is great for new hires. It's pretty easy to edit and looks professional from the new hire's view.

What do you dislike?

The onboarding tool is not very user friendly. My company wanted to automate our existing onboarding and off boarding processes on their tool. It was made clear to us during the sale process that it wouldn't be an issue, but once we got to implementing, we created more workarounds than not. The process got longer and more time consuming from the HR end of the tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If we could have afforded it, our first choice was The Red Carpet tool from SilkRoad. I highly recommend looking at that if you need a recruiting tool with the automated onboarding component.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It was supposed to make on and off boarding more seamless. We also had a compliance issue where exiting employees would not be turned off in systems that contain company and user confidential information. We wanted a way for managers to off board employees in a timely fashion and it wouldn't be a week before employees were turned off by IT.

We also moved to their recruiting tool since the on/off boarding tool is technically an add on for that, but the on and off boarding needs were actually the reason we were out looking for a software. This part of the tool the recruiters really liked. It was easy to get it integrated into websites like LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Formatting the job listing was very simple for the recruiters - our past tool used to require HTML knowledge which they did not have.

"Great Support and Interactions"

What do you like best?

When we were starting out and very green with Salesforce they were key to helping us understanding the platform we chose. We have some specialized workflows and needs that deviate from most of their other customers but they worked very well with us on understanding what can be changed to suit our needs or what we would need to adapt to. Them helping us get started on the platform was very helpful in making this rollout very smooth. They have been very attentive to what we want and how we can get it done. They are quick to reply and check in with us quarterly to see how we are doing and offer to help us with working on marketing.

What do you dislike?

We do have customized processes and as such their user manuals are not very helpful for our users. Almost none of the standard manuals are useful for us. They have assigned us a new account representative and he was not very well versed in our platform and customizations. The same also happened with support, initial contact with support usually requires us to tell them that our instance is different than normal and what they recommend will not work.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend it for people who are looking for a way to get applicants and follow them through the process. It offers the flexibility of Salesforce with the custom recruiting parts that make it easy to jump in.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had a paper process before with a old system that was not nimble. The old system had not been upgraded in 13 years and was showing its problems. Reports had to be generated by a database administrator and training people was time consuming.

Now people can do all applications online so no need for paper forms, people do not need to transcribe the forms and reports can be generated as needed. We have seen over 400% increase in applicants since we started the new system and people joining us from the system is up more than 200%.

"System is as good as you configure it to be"

What do you like best?

Being built on Salesforce, has advantage of the salesforce ecosystem of add-ons and plugins to augment the software.

Power Uploader bulk parsing is a nice feature.

Lots of configuration options, the system really is what you (and your implementation contact) make of it.

What do you dislike?

Need to have a superuser that knows (or can learn) salesforce in order to do reporting and use the system more effectively. I suspect that many agencies won't have such a person on staff and may struggle with the system.

Success is dependent on person that helps you implement. In our case, we had turnover during the implementation process and were less successful than we might have been otherwise.

Not the fastest system and salesforce UI is a bit blocky and unattractive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used as a tool for physician recruitment.

"They're Interested In Your Opinion"

What do you like best?

There are certain things you can customize, and for the most part they're interested in helping you customize it to whatever you want.

What do you dislike?

They're beginning to go after larger clients and are making some changes. One of the reasons we originally went with them was because they catered to smaller boutique firms. We really miss the online support feature!

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be clear on how you want to use the system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having a place to maintain business development contacts and projects. It's much easier to be able to quickly pull up a previous conversation or document when talking with a potential client.

"Great tool if you use it right"

What do you like best?

JobScience has been a great tool for our organization. The trouble we had at the start was fully harnessing its capabilities. Now that we have a thorough grasp of the power that is JobScience and we're entering all the pertinent information, our database is beginning to work for us.

I can't stress enough the JobScience is only as good as the information you enter. If you enter all the information into your records, the tool is more powerful than you realize.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app isn't very user friendly. The app is slow and clunky.

The current Powersearch functionality isn't very user-friendly either. Sure it'll give you a bunch of names, but it's hard to sort through the returns. The spring release is supposed to have an updated search function though that we're excited about.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use JobScience to help us recruit candidates for roles we're trying to fill.

"We use JobScience as our primary ATS."

What do you like best?

JobScience runs on Salesforce.com's platform - which allows for a very customizable design. The reporting and analytical capabilities are solid.

What do you dislike?

The overall searching for candidates can continue to improve. For us, this mainly includes Candidate Match against Open Jobs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"It's been a journey"

What do you like best?

It's built on Salesforce and there are other developers that have good apps that tie in with Salesforce.

What do you dislike?

Speed of development. Specific development for Permanent placement for a 3rd party recruiting firm.

Recommendations to others considering the product

there are a lot of ATSs to choose from. Jobscience seems to be at a point where they are a very viable choice. They are highly customizable, but the customization does come at a cost.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Virtualizing my recruiters. It is totally cloud based. Because it is built on Salesforce I can integrate other apps and business processes with it.

"Support Issues "

What do you like best?

Its has a great shortlist functionality we use a lot for talent pools. Also, it is not overly complex. East to use note and attachment functionality for each consultant record. Their new Sourcing Center is an improvement to database searching and display,

What do you dislike?

Adequate timely and on-the-mark support and help desk is a reoccurring issue.

"Strong support from Account Manager"

What do you like best?

The account manager has been extremely helpful and responsive. There were certain features I wanted for Jobscience, in terms of making job visible, sending updates to candidates...there are limits within the JobScience system but the account manager was always willing to hear the issue we were facing and then present us with options on how to solve the issue or meet our needs.

The system is fairly easy to use and seems flexible in how it can be used. The online training tools and community is useful to also figure out if you have issues. It doesn't take a long time to set-up and the linkages to other salesforce product is useful.

What do you dislike?

JobScience doesn't have all functionality available. It would not allow everything that I wanted to be done. for example, there doesn't appear to be ease when need multi-lingual job searches. There are a limit to the questions in the application; if you want more detailed application, that can pose a challenge. For someone who doesn't use the system regularly, I've found that using the more complex features isn't always intuitive though the more basic features are easy to use.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give yourself extra time to implement and triple check that the questions/fields you want are what you really want. The time to implement was not really due to Jobscience but needed to help me, a novice to Jobscience, understand all that the system could do.

Consider the flexibility you want in the system and how much support or customization you want. And then make sure you make it very clear to vendor so you know what the system can do, what can be worked around and what is not at all possible. When I started working with Jobscience I assumed certain things were just a question of paying for extra features (such as adding more questions to application) but realized after the project started that some of the features just were not available.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was using it to prepare an on-line applicant tool that accepts resumes for any potential application rather than for a specific position. JobScience was being used for other recruitment so using it for this system was beneficial in that did not need yet another new application to learn and it kept costs lower. It has met our needs so far. The system isn't perfect for what used it for though it wasn't designed exactly was using it for; what I found the most useful and different from many other vendors was that JobScience's staff really wanted to find solutions to our business needs and make them happen. A lot of other IT vendors give you instructions and then you are on your own; if you need support, you either have to pay really high fees or find no one. That was not the case at all with JobScience.

"The most flexible e-recruitment product on the market"

What do you like best?

Because Jobscience sits on the Salesforce Force.com platform, it is easily the most flexible and easily customised e-Recruitment solution I have used. Do you want to add fields? change their layout? create a customised application or registration process? All these can be done with ease on Jobscience and do not require a strong technical background.

What do you dislike?

Jobscience is missing some of the more powerful features that are common in e-Recruitment systems today. The largest omission is the lack of a interview scheduling a booking system.

That being said, Jobscience is constantly being enhanced and such gaps are sure to be filled in the near future.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you select one or more people to take ownership of the system and lead how it will be used. The systems flexibility can work against it if each user is trying to apply their own process to the system.

I also recommend that people first start using the system "as is" rather than try to customise it to match the way things have been done in the past. Doing this will ensure any old bad habits can be ironed out and not inherited into the new system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I consult with clients on delivering Jobscience and ensuring they get the most out of it for their business. Our clients are mainly in the Recruitment Agency sector.

Jobscience allows me to apply a core set of recruitment functions for front and back office but apply customisation that allows our clients to make the system work the way they do rather than the other way around.

"Flexible and easy to use"

What do you like best?

The flexibility of the system works really well for us as we are running a few different recruitment processes for different business areas, lso the ability to be able to instantly add new fields and to have the different page layouts is good for us

What do you dislike?

The standard search function doesn't work with our type of business unfortunately as we have had to add custom objects to be able to capture data in the way we need and therefore had to have a custom search function built for us which is substandard compared to the standard search offered in the package

Recommendations to others considering the product

Jobscience is a brilliant product but it is only as good as the setup so make sure you have someone who really knows and understands Jobscience doing the implementation for you.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For us we had a database but no applicant tracking system so now we can show true volumes of candidates coming through and track how long candidates were at each stage, how long job orders have taken to fill and have our operations report run from Jobscience as opposed to using Excel and Access.

"Jobscience - An Outstanding Applicant Tracking System"

What do you like best?

Jobscience offers extensive options with regard to customizing the application, is intuitive to use, meets the vast majority of our needs, is built on the stable Salesforce platform and the support that comes with Jobscience is top notch. I've personally worked with three applicant tracking systems over the last 17 years and researched at least a dozen. None of the other systems even come close to the stability and power of Jobscience. Once I looked at Jobscience, the choice was clear.

What do you dislike?

One of the biggest benefits of Jobscience is the ability to customize everything. This also creates challenges. It's like going into a candy story with 1000's of options - it can be tough to make a decision and complicated to implement the decision you make. I recommend using a structured approach to implementation and giving yourself plenty of time. Before playing with the configuration options, decide what you want it to do including what's critical, what's desired and what you don't want. Create your workflow in advance. After you have all your ducks in a row, then tackle the configuration of Jobscience in a methodical way and don't be shy about using the online support - they are fabulous and critical to success.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Plan your implementation well. Identify what you need, what you desire and what you don't want before even looking at the options. Give yourself plenty of time to implement so that you get it correct the first time. Don't be shy about using the online support - they're invaluable.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were using an outdated system that was inaccessible by iPads, iPhones and Android phones. Jobscience works on all of these platforms and more with ease. As a result of Jobscience, our process and workflow are much tighter. The data that goes into the system is way better, enabling me to pull out metrics on sales, recruiting and everything else you can imagine. The report builder is amazingly easy to use and helps me access the data I need.

"Only getting better and better"

What do you like best?

We're an RPO provider in multiple countries and have been using Jobscience for a couple of years now for various clients. We've got approximately 15 separate instances of Jobscience for each of our clients in Australia, USA, UK, China, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand. The flexibility and customisation that Jobscience offers is amazing, and being based on a Salesforce platform always keeps our customers very happy with regards to their data safety and security.

What do you dislike?

The only difficulty is due to our own requirements. Because we have each client on a separate instance, if we make an adjustment or amendment on one instance, and want it on other clients, we need to make that same change multiple times.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest benefit is the help it provides our sales team in selling our RPO solution into new clients. They are able to see how strong a system it is and how well it will manage their ATS requirements.

"More for recruiting"

What do you like best?

I like how the system is connected to other business related links within our client records- ex. LinkedIn, Google maps, Hoovers. Also, the detailed records that can be added to a candidate record in recruiting side.Another good aspect is the instant Chat- this give immediate access to the recruiters working directly on an order or I can communicate company wide if necessary.

What do you dislike?

Search function isn't as much as a help as I personally would like- you have to have the spelling correct or it will not pick up the record. Needs to be more intuitive- isn't that why most people "search"?- they don't have all the information and are wanting the site to help with that need.

On Business Development side- it is rather slow transitioning from a new record added, to what your next task is- ex. adding a new contact on an account.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take advantage of the free trial period and have as many others try the products together

"Complicated but Comprehensive!"

What do you like best?

Jobscience integrates with so many of my organization's systems. It was a large additional fee, though we can now write offer letters in just a few minutes.

What do you dislike?

Jobscience is sometimes too complicated. You can customize it a lot to your needs, though their Help Desk doesn't always understand the nuances .

"Brilliant Recruitment System"

What do you like best?

It is straight forward to use. Being not the most technical person around I found it easy to pick up. The easiest thing for our business in that it is fully integrated with Salesforce, therefor it is easy for us to connect it to our +People application.

What do you dislike?

There's not much I dislike with the system, I think the main reason is that I don't fully utilize all of its functions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main benefit is that we have full visability of all candidates and it is easy to transition successful candidates to employees on the HR system.

"Jobscience CRM - finally a system that can handle EVERYTHING!"

What do you like best?

Our org has used 4 CRM/ATS products. None of them were able to handle the type of functionality that Jobscience offers... they are in a different league.

What do you dislike?

There are occasionally things that require attention, however, the JS team is super open to taking recommendations and incorporating the fixes or suggestions into future releases... and they REALLY DO IT!

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reporting is FAR superior to any other product out there. Automation and scalability is at another level. No other product on the market can customize or automate like the Jobscience platform.

"Quick, Easy and Efficient! "

What do you like best?

The reliability of JS representatives; ANDIS VILDAVS in our case! Andis is ALWAYS there to show us new COOL features that will enhance our experience, which has significantly added to the value of JS!

The user functionality - it;s quick to pick and learn! You can access candidates through this REALLY COOL map feature, which truly allows you to hone in on your available candidate base and really determine who is going to be an ideal match.

Also, quick review of resumes! If you need to review multiple resumes quickly - this is the way to do it!

What do you dislike?

Reviewing the activity, I wish there was a way to review activity by hoovering over the title line vs. having to go in and open each activity one by one.

Getting the right reports setup is a bit challenging, I would love to see this function become more user friendly.

What do you like best?

"Jobscience - built on the Salesforce platform fits into your Social and Mobile recruiting stategy"

What do you like best?

The best thing about Jobscience is that it runs on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce is the undisputed leader in the cloud CRM space. The ability to integrate other Salesforce applications with Jobscience is a definite advantage over the long run. Jobscience works very well within our Social and Mobile strategy. The application is robust and will scale to meet our growing recruiting and candidate engagement/management needs across several lines of business.

What do you dislike?

There is still work to be done on the Reports and Dashboards features. Generating highly personalized reports on KPI's and individual recruiter performance is difficult.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Again, the fact that Jobscience runs on the Salesforce platform is a big advantage. Most companies should have a highly functional and intuitive experience out of the box, with the ability to integrate other Salesforce-compatible apps (Billing, Marketing Automation, advanced Analytics/BI etc...) to create a comprehensive enterprise solution that is unlikely to become obsolete. Jobscience should also fit seemlessly with most Social Media and Mobile strategies.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our "Jobs" and communication are quickly pushed through our Social Media channels and through to our Mobile community.

Jobscience is a very powerful application that will be able to scale as our business grows significantly over the next few years. The "All Tabs" section allows each recruiter to track all their recruiting activity history within all key stages of the recruiting cycle (Applications, Submittals, Interviews, Offers, and Placements). This allows each recruiter to re-use previous sourcing efforts to quickly identify top candidates for current mandates.

We are also able to track the availability of in-demand IT Consultants using "available date" fields that are easily organized within Jobscience's "Advanced Contact Search", meaning we know when the best IT consultants will become available and are able to proactively look for the best contract opportunities on their behalf.

What do you like best?

The platform is great as it is highly customizable to your needs, it allows you to manage and track applicants very thoroughly.

What do you dislike?

It can be a little cumbersome at first but once you're set up you should be good to go.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely check this ATS out.

"Robust"

What do you like best?

Since it's build on the Salesforce platform, it is fully scaleable, and lots of options available to enhance the application, including adding 3rd party apps from the salesforce app exchange.

Well designed app overall and once you get a hang of it, it is easy to use. We were using Zoho prior to Jobscience and we much prefer Jobscience.

Excellent customer service both pre and post-sales. Even have live chat support built into the web-app and they are very responsive for any quick troubleshooting requests.

What do you dislike?

There is a learning curve, and it seems like some of the solutions are tweaks to make it work with Salesforce, rather than something built from the ground up. They made it work though.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want a strong ATS and CRM, and Jobscience does the trick. We were looking to get a reputable application so we know that they'll be around in a few year's time.

We were using Zoho prior to this but were not happy with how robust it was. Jobscience has the ability to create stronger reports and searches and ways to organize data. We also looked at Bullhorn but were turned off at the pre-sales stage, so we're happy we went with JS.

"Empty Promises"

What do you like best?

Job Board and application integration, and Salesforce integration

What do you dislike?

When we signed up for the project, we were sold it as a customizable solution. Once we got our project manager that proved to be false. There are limites to what it can do, and we ultimately had to forfeit our initial investment of time and money to find a new option.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I will admit this review is very specific to our recruiting company. We wanted a very specific solution that was promised and sold, and ultimately they were unable to follow through. We worked with several JS staff members, some extremely intelligent and helpful, others completely lost to our goals. It took months for them to finally admit they couldn't do what we wanted. If used out of the box without customization, it may be perfect for your needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The company wanted to do more than just have a simple job board with applications. They wanted to create a forum for applicants to learn and stay connected even outside the job hunt process.

As a manger of a recruitment team, JS offers a superb reporting function and ATS system where I can track and manage the process at all stages and understand the teams performance at all times. Very powerful tool with a few tweaks needed for it to be perfect.

What do you dislike?

The search function needs to be improved and understand that a new release is due soon as it pulls through too many contacts that are "close" but not perfect matches.

What do you like best?

How customizable it is. Whatever your TA needs, wants, and desires, Jobsience is able to perform. The very best part of Jobscience in my opinion is their amazing customer support: they're all over whatever issues you have.

What do you dislike?

My main gripe is that if you are hiring for the same position across multiple locations, there isn't a good way to distinguish which location it's for, so you have to use the location and/or city by the position title (e.g, 'Dentist Tucson' and 'Dentist Phoenix.'
