What do you like best?
My first interaction with Kahuna was about getting our omnichannel strategy up and running. We started out with literally no strategy - only sending e-mails. After working with Kahuna, we have been able to get the strategy off the ground rather quickly. We now have Push Notifications and In-App Notifications. We have tailored experiences for our consumers based on their behaviors, including the incorporation of e-mail, Push and soon In-App!

What do you dislike?
While these have been fixed, we had a couple of really big bugs at the start of the project. Since then, a new CPO has come on board and we haven't experienced any issues, It seems like his attention to quality is at the forefront of his job responsibilities, which is refreshing!
