I've been a user of the kampyle service for roughly 6 years. Mainly as a website feedback monitoring tool. So far, so good really.
What do you dislike?
When I moved across to new company, I wanted to bring Kampyle across, and am still in process of doing so. Not really a dislike, but something to be mindful of is that pricing is very much based on relationship as opposed to features and attributes of the service. It worked out in my favour, as my previous employer had a strong relationship with the team, however would hate to think that an organisation that doesn't have the same 'in' could potentially be deterred by this aspect of service.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure to do your due diligence, as some of the capabilities of Kampyle far exceed what most organisations may need (and for which you may be paying for).
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Benefits realised, no bug is too small to fix, especially if it is impacting end user experience.
