"KANA Review"

What do you like best?

KANA is easy to use and very easy to understand. it is a very verse application as it allow you to work from a single platform to process call contacts, send and receive emails, process chat and also service eCommerce orders.

What do you dislike?

application gives a lot of error messages. it does not work well on some browsers. it is very slow at times.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This serves as a central area to process customer service center contacts. it reduces the needs to have an independents application to process emails or chat for example.

"Succinct Customer Service Platform"

What do you like best?

Provide both agents and customers with an easy means of interaction, engagement, and communication. Very easy to attach documents that facilitate order completion and a good platform to summarize details.

What do you dislike?

Better integration with other softwares. We use Kana to work alongside other software's and we believe that there are opportunities that allow the two softwares to work together more seamlessly.

Great tool for a business that requires agents to deal with complex customer orders.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping track of customer orders that need to be placed into another software. it is an excellent tool for communication purposed and allows our agents to organize information in an efficient manner.
