Attention to detail was often an issue, usually when client requests are urgent and have short turn around times. Client service team is not typically tech savvy and some questions take longer to be addressed than expected.

If your strategy requires a lot of optimizations and updates, the attention to detail should be monitor closely - especially with sensitive and high urgency tasks.
