What do you like best?

Great tool for Multi Location Call Center Services Management

What do you dislike?

Dependent on Network Infrastructure especially internet availability in case of call handling and call routing at multiple locations

Ozonetel is the ideal system for our business as we’re working on being more and more customer centric. This tool enables us to do that really well. It’s intuitive and unlocks the capability of our team members. It is helping us improve our service level with our customer base. Following are some problems that are solved by this platform:

1. Handling Customer Care services being operated from multiple locations

2. Live call barging

3. Remote Login to handle calls from any location

4. Monitoring Multiple Customer Care centers in single dashboard

"Kookoo platform is most Affordable system with all the features you need."

What do you like best?

The team & customising options are key highlight of the product, they are flexible & easy to work with.fast, smart, little to none bugs, and the customer service? the best in the field.Little did I know how right I was, after the initial setup pains, the dialer was up and running. Right away I saw the number of conversations my reps were having with customers go way up. Secondly my ability to manage the reps real time through the intuitive call center manager. I now saw who was on the phone, for how long, AND I have the ability to listen in real time. All this has given my sales team the tools to really succeed, maximizing the results of their efforts daily.

What do you dislike?

Kookoo platform products needs to get more cutting edge inbound, outbound, IVR, QA, compliance, advanced analytics, and workforce engagement.

The out bound bit has to be more customer dynamic than product specific.Very few times a bug would occur such as a button not working, but with the great tech support it has never slowed us down or been a issue.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Really a big proponent. This takes out the element of human error and delay. This is the natural evolution of the phone sales world.The interface is easy, intuitive, with lots of functions, they thought about everything.

The support team is firstly, very professional, and secondly, very welcoming and nice.

Incremental occupancy of a resource, higher & faster customer engagement & improvised productivity levels. you'll want to buy a large screen to place their wallboard on.

"One Stop solution for all telephony requirements"

What do you like best?

Its not just a telephony dailer, The best part of this solution is we can design it based on our needs, A very intelligent system which keeps a track of everything, from IVR,Calls routing,Queue logic, Agents productivity,seamless integration with CRM and the best part is dynamic call prioritization without having any human intervention from IVR.

What do you dislike?

Their support needs to be improved in case of any issue arises. Sometimes it takes a little longer to identify and troubleshoot an issue. This I guess they are solving by adding key account managers who can increase the pace of the time taken to resolve the issue by better coordination.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1) Agent Productivity is a biggest concern and key driver for manpower management. Cloudagent has advance tools to track agent productivity which will help the organisation to manage the manpower efficiently.

2) Getting through the IVR is one of the painful tasks the customer has to go through. With kookoo's call prioritization we can control this real time without customers having to enter any details. We can control who takes what call based on categorization.

"Best Dialer with 100% Support"

What do you like best?

The Best part of using this dialer is we get all the types of reports and immediate technical support, also the team is very supportive and helpful in solving all type of quires. I have worked with many dialers but this is one of the satisfying application with a quick support

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike but some times we face connectivity issue in dialing but most of the time problem is from our end

"Good Product"

What do you like best?

Kookoo is one stop for all the solution that you are looking to automate your phone processes. We have been able to engage KooKoo to our various business needs such as providing an option to our customers to verify their contact numbers by giving a missed call, design various IVR options in order to capture our customer intent at different level of their journey on our service. By KooKoo we have even been able to provide an unique service to our visitors, where one can speak to our registered trainers on click of a button.

By implementing KooKoo services, we have been able to save cost significantly.

What do you dislike?

The service disruptions were way too frequent in the past. Although they have improved it by many folds, still we see a few which impacts our production and revenue significantly.

1. We have integrated our CRM with KooKoo, where a sales person from a different city can speak to the potential client by click of a link, where the call lands on their mobile.

2. Provided missed option to our clients to verify their contact number.

3. Designed multiple IVR options for the clients to register their request on our platform.

4. Enabled an option for the visitors (students) to speak to our registered clients ( trainers) while they are surfing on the APP

"Ease of use"

What do you like best?

Ease of setup. I took over the Infra setup & I was not exposed to this setup earlier. But, few calls with the technical & account manager helped me answer all the questions and go live at the earliest.

What do you dislike?

Reporting category must be personlized. Currently, it's seems very generic in nature and unavailability of "Large exportable Reports" make the data crunching difficult.

The live dashboard has lot of bugs, which should be taken into account.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problems solved: Setting up a contact center, with minimal effort.

I personally use SIP Sessions and it works efficiently.

"Kookoo Support"

What do you like best?

There is no down time at all , if so also getting rectified within minutes , previously we had a dialor where we used to struggle for hours or even full night also for tech issue , but after moving to koo koo it was amazing and relief for us. Keep rocking koo koo support

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike , all like only , As of now we have not found any issues as we are using the same for minimum lever of calling

What do you like best?

Options of viewing agents live status/option to download instantly call CDR/view of out bound dialler priority/call history option on agent screen/call conference option on agent screen

What do you dislike?

Color combination is very dull/less monitoring options. Campaign/Skill search tab can be made little more visible.

What do you like best?

The support and constant updates for any issues that are raised. The depth of reporting options.

What do you dislike?

Rather on concentrating on commercials as a driver for all requests / conversations, it would help if customer experience is the driver.
