"A perfect all in one enterprise level solution."

What do you like best?

I’m an e-commerce consultant for a company that has chosen Kooomo as its first ecommerce platform for its two luxury fashion brands. At least, I find in the Koomo platform, a perfect all in one enterprise level solution.

Kooomo Pros

Know your store – Thanks to a friendly, modern and powerful backend I can handle more than customer orders.

Lots of dashboards full of charts give me the ability to monitor (and export) on site traffic, turnover and merchandising performances based on a data range. I can also checks customer care activity and orders statuses.

Interesting marketing features - The system has a whole area dedicated to marketing, I can monitor my marketing campaigns, create new promotions and discounts, check customer registrations, customer reviews and more.

Easy catalog management - even if you need to operate in manual. All information about products are accessible and fully editable. For each category you can manage meta attributes and their appearance in the menu tree.

What do you dislike?

Kooomo Cons

The software comes as a Saas solution so you don’t have the access to the platform core but you have the capability to handle your content output with their integrated CMS.

"Flexible, complete, scalable E-commerce solution"

What do you like best?

The Automated Order Management (AOM) lets the platform do the job between e-shop and carrier in a streamlined independent way, extremely useful when there's a large amount of orders incoming every day.

The Marketplace integration lets the user sell easily on Ebay, Amazon without having to use their File Exchanges, and with consistent results.

The CMS is customisable.

The interal ticketing and customer care system is reliable, even for a top company.

Having all the future implementations for free it's a plus.

Is community system allows to find suitable partners for free

The initial investment is small, but can upscale to great amounts.

What do you dislike?

The Marketplace messages still need to be replied from the Marketplace itself.

The price is not suitable for the low-end shopify/wordpress users.

"eCommerce platform ideal for multi-channel selling"

What do you like best?

Kooomo is one of the best eCommerce platform that I've ever used for my clients. Marketing km zero is a italian web agency that realize ecommerce website and marketing campaigns for different clients.

These are the main characteristics that we like:

• SaaS service: it is possible to start a new eCommerce in few weeks

• Front-end and Ux Design: for us is possible to personalize the layout of the eCommerce platform, without limitations

• Backend: for my agency there is no concerns about the backend, in Kooomo there are all the eCommerce functionalities that we need (coupon, discounts, ecc)

• 1-Click integrations: there are many third part platforms that are already integrated in Kooomo. This aspect allow to the client to do not worry about, for example, about the payment method or the shipping service. There are many payment integrations (PayPal, Banca Sella, etc) and many Shipping services (FedEx, DHL, etc).

We think that the main feature is the Marketplace integration: from a single backend it is possible to manage all the products:

• on the eCommerce;

• on Amazon;

• on eBay.

These is the biggest functionality because many our clients need to sell products on all the online channels.

What do you dislike?

We think that Kooomo is not a good platform for small clients or for company that does not accept the revenue share model.

With Kooomo it is possible to have a eCommerce platform with all the functionalities and the big characteristic to manage multi-channels like Amazon and eBay

"Great eCommerce platform solution"

What do you like best?

Having worked with several ecommerce platforms I can say that Kooomo is the best I have tried.

- Time to market

- Flexibility in the layout

- Extensive background capabilities

- 1-Click integrations and integration with marketplaces

- Background dashboards information

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet. So far, Kooomo meets our expextations.

Having a reliable platform with all the features needed for worlwide administration, multi-currency, omni-channel and with 1 click integrations.
